A flavorful energy drink with 200 mg caffeine, so middle of the road in terms of amount but enough to get a daily lift without the jitters. Nice mixture of flavors in a 12 oz. variety. Plenty of effervescence and sugar free. About 250% of your RDA of B12 and around 190% of Niacin (B3). I have noticed a slight bit of niacin flush where i have felt a little flushed/tingly for a short period of time after ingesting, which the 200mg caffeine is not responsible for. Really like the flavors and caught these on a spring fling special with an even better price. Highly recommend these products.

FYI for buyers: these thankfully do NOT have beta alanine so they won't make you itch like crazy like the regular C4 drinks do. If you're wanting that itchy feeling then buy the c4 that has it. These don't, and that's why they're amazing!
