Great item, really works on the waist area. Love the counter (though hoop to YouTube timed music). Good quality, great that you can change the waist size (and track your success). Quick to learn, unlike usual hoops.

This hoop is very good compared to a generic infinity hoop I got. Very big difference, this one is so scilent that I don't disturb my husband sleeping!! I bought it as a birthday present for myself and I am so happy I got it. Worth every penny. I've gotten used to a plastic one I had, earlier that this one feels like a dream. And it does, break a, sweat just as good. Some say it isn't hard, oh you keep on going and you'll feel the burn.. The only complaint I have is, that the links are a bit wider than the generic one, and you have to attach 12 links as the minimum. And perhaps 11 would fit me better but it simply can't work!! I have to live with the fact that I can't go down in links, as it would be too big. But the good thing is I can measure my progress though the measuring tape given in the box. I am writing this review just after working out with this hoop and man, I feel the burn.. Pray for me, I'm gonna, get fit in no time

Easy to assemble, unless you have issues with hands. I have the beginnings of arthritis. But saying that, if it was too easy, then it would not be very strong. Due to my multiple health issues, I'm quite housebound. I'm looking for something I can do indoors that may help with weight loss but firstly to increase feeling of free movement. I've only had it a few days.

Great product nice weight

This does adjust to many sizes by adding or removing links. Easy you'd think? No I found it really difficult to undo the links and ended up using a blunt table knife to prize them apart. So got it to fit my waist then tried it out. Found that bit easy, it swung well, not too noisy and so much easier than picking up a fallen hoop. Then comes the hard bit. It now fits your waist but there is no catch to undo it and get out of it! Once again I had to resort to prising it apart. Needless to say this is totally impractical. I returned it same day and received a refund promptly. Manufacturers you really need to put a faster on this because as it is it's awful to undo, would soon break links and if that happens while it's being used the ball would fly off and cause damage.

This is my 3rd purchase of a weighted hoop. Previous 2 were awful so wasnt giving this much hope, however i bought it and so glad i did. This is by far the best. Comfortable, easy to assemble and use and is so smooth going around. It is quieter than the other 2 aswell. This one does not mark me or catch my skin. Ive had some painful pinches before. Ive had it nearly 3 months now and ive already reduced 1 link due to inches lost on waist. Would certainly recommend.

I had an issue with cracks on my hula hoop and contacted Amazon for return and it was uplifted the next day. Swiss Activa customer service contacted me the following day enquiring about the issue I'd had with the hoop and arranged for another one to be sent. I can honestly say I've never had better service than this. Edit:- Since this review I've had the hoop replaced another two times so I've now tried 3 different models and they all exhibit the same fault in that after a week of using for an hour a day the plastic of the hoop shows signs of cracking and after a month the plastic fails and the section of the hoop will part company allowing the weight to escape. The plastic used is just too brittle for use as a hoop. I cannot recommend Swiss Activa hula hoops.

Great hoop adjustable for different sizes. Very quiet compared to other hoops I have. Needs to be cleaned regularly to protect wheels from jamming and don't use oil/grease! ( just like any other hoops like this), use a soft brush. Check parts regularly for wear. Weight is good - don't try adding extra as will put pressure on the hoop that it's not designed to take. Have lost inches using this, not just from waist but arms and legs too (no other exercises), so have had to remove links from the hoop. It needs to be a snug fit and level. Don't allow loose fitting clothes to get in the way. A longer string between the hoop and weight is easier. Can be used in small spaces but bigger spaces are better.

Da ich mir zum testen ein billiges Produkt bestellt hatte und ihn fast täglich nutze habe ich mir, nachdem der erste nur 2 Monate hielt diesen bestellt. Er ist im Vergleich zum alten sehr leise und funktioniert einwandfrei. Leider war mein Zähler nach 3 Monaten Nutzung defekt, ich ich habe mich mit der Firma über Fb in Verbindung gesetzt und mir wurde umgehend ein neuer Zähler zugeschickt. Das nenn ich tollen Service und die Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich. Dann lohnt es sich wenn man mehr Geld ausgibt und dafür wie angegeben bei Defekt Ersatz bekommt. Man darf sich halt nicht nur beschweren,dass etwas nicht funktioniert, sondern muss nur manchmal freundlich nachfragen.

Har fått den idag men den finns inte räknare och ser annorlunda ut som annan model.

Ich bin begeistert. Das Training ist richtig effektiv und macht viel Spaß. Bei der ersten Benutzung war ich nach knapp 5 Minuten bereits platt, das war vor ca. 14 Tagen. Mittlerweile trainiere ich knapp 30 Minuten damit, 3-4 mal/ Woche und spüre danach auch, was ich getan habe. Ein gutes Gefühl. Die Lautstärke bei Benutzung ist für mich gerade noch so O.K. (leise geht anders) aber mit Musik über Box oder Kopfhörer passt es dann. Der Zusammenbau und das Anpassen sind kinderleicht, wie lange das Material hält, wird sich zeigen. Ich bereue diesen Kauf jedenfalls nicht.

Ottimo prodotto come aiuto nel mio allenamento, mi consente di variare di più per non annoiarmi. Divertente, non stanca, per ora non si se effettivamente faccia la differenza ma qualcosa fa di siviro perché i miei addominali lo dicono. Punti a sfavore: non proprio silenzio, bisogna fare attenzione di usrsllare il pezzo von il sensore conta calorie, istruzioni poco chiare perché di un modello diverso che si differenzia appunto nel sensore, il bar-code non consente di visualizzare gli allenamenti vome scritto, comunque si trovano i video su internet.

Der Hula Hoop Reifen ist sehr hochwertig hergestellt und das Zusammenbauen ist super easy. Auf der Verpackung ist ein QR-Code, mit dem man zu einer Videoanleitung kommt, falls man es alleine nicht schaffen würde. Bevor ich diesen Hula Hoop gekauft habe, hatte ich einen anderen gekauft, der deutlich billiger war, bei dem aber gleich beim allerersten Benutzen eine kleine Noppe abgebrochen war. Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal, nicht wahr? Zum Glück, kann man das Ding zurücksenden. Der Swiss Active ist also sehr solide gebaut, stabil und im Vergleich zum anderen überraschender Weise sehr leise. Ich konnte während des Trainings mit ganz normaler Lautstärke fernsehschauen. Es gehört auch ein eingebauter digitaler Runden-Zähler und ein Maßband dazu. Ob er effektiv ist, kann ich noch nicht sagen,jedenfalls macht es mir großen Spaß zu trainieren.
