However, there’s a significant caveat regarding how it distributes power that keeps it from being a perfect five-star product. Design & Build Quality (5/5) The first thing you’ll notice is the nylon braiding. It feels premium and much more durable than the standard plastic cables that come with phones. The "Golden" finish is a nice touch—it’s easy to spot in a dark bag or a messy drawer. Tangle-Free: The braiding is stiff enough to prevent knots but flexible enough to coil easily. Length: At 4ft, it’s the "Goldilocks" length—long enough to reach from the outlet to the couch, but not so long that it’s trailing all over the floor. Charging Performance (3/5) Here is the "catch": while it has three heads (USB-C, Lightning, and Micro USB), it struggles when you try to use all of them at once. Single Device: When charging just one phone, it works perfectly and provides a steady, standard charge. Multiple Devices: When I plugged in both an iPhone and an Android simultaneously, the charging speed dropped significantly. It seems the cable (or the power draw) splits the amperage, meaning both devices ended up "trickle charging." If you’re in a hurry, you really have to pick one device at a time. Data Transfer: Note that usually, only one of the tips (often the Lightning one) supports data/CarPlay, while the others are for power only.

These are perfect to have around the house or when traveling. One cord to charge anything. We currently have one in our toy room for all the toys that need to be charged. Or for my phone when I’m writing reviews while hanging with my guys in the toy room.

I was immediately intrigued by the idea: instead of carrying three or four cables to charge devices, just have one cable with exchangeable plugs. And it worked brilliantly while it worked. Charging phone, tablet, headset, pen and on and on was so easy. And then it stopped working after less than 5 months. In summary, the idea is great, the execution not so much. If you, like me, want to give this a shot, find a more reliable manufacturer.
