The chart is not accurate

I only looked up eggs…one large egg only has 6 grams of protein NOT 29.

This is a great size well done quality peace of information now posted on our kitchen refrigerator. I use it for inspiration and to see what matches what's in the refrigerator!

I got this for my office to give inspiration while working. I like the saying that remind you about life. The design has a a rustic feel to it. It is printed on a glossy 260 gsm premium satin luster photo paper, so the picture stands out and is easily readable. It is a heavy weight paper so it resists tears and rips, and is wrinkles proof as well. I came unframed so you can pick your fame. It came in a heavy-duty picture tube so it gets to you unharmed. It would look good in any room besides an office or living room. I wish it had come in metal so I could of put it on the porch outside. It matched the description in the ad.

Chart is not accurate. For example, an egg most definitely does NOT contain 29 grams of protein.

Dr. Jordan Petersen outlined these 12 Rules for Life as a way to improve yourself. This poster is a lovely presentation of those rules. It could be hung in pretty much any room whether it is office or restroom (gives you something to read while . . . you know).
