was skeptical about red light therapy... just have a glove right now, but I really notice a difference, I have to apologize to my friend from 20+ years ago that went for "color" therapy" we joked they were holding flash cards with colors on them saying "feel better"! but it really works! ( not he flash cards HAHA)

I have problems with my right hand, and this glove has really improved motion and less than the pain in my hand. One thing to note, you do need to plug it in to juice up the battery after using it around two days twice a day.

Been using for on and off for three months, some improvement, but could be better. It would be nice if mitt had lights on both sides for better coverage of your both sides of your hand.
