This flour is a godsend for keto dieters. No carbs. Excellent characteristics.
This was a wonderful discovery on our Keto diet. It is the most like AP flour in look and texture. The taste is good and it works better than Almond flour in many situations. I add some essential gluten, psyllium husks and xanthene gum to make outstanding muffins. There is a recipe website devoted to bamboo flour…Google it.
