Big and Strong Without Steroids

This is a great book on training to get big and strong.The author packs a lot of information in, with economy of words.No fluff, he gets right into it.Great read.If you are like me, and you are looking for most efficient methods, economy of effort, this is it.Similar to Stuart McRobert type training.This book is excellent.

I've read a lot of books on training and this one is the most condense and well explained of them all. His beginner program is amazing. If you have a problem with program hopping the way he lays it all out will cure you. You won't get bored after three weeks anymore.

I have only read up to the beginning section so far. That being said the author teaches you how to build yourself up to his beginner program in a very intelligent manner. I can’t wait to get started. I highly recommend his book for anyone who is serious about training. All the positive reviews before mine are definitely correct. Thank you Yuriy for sharing your experience and expertise with us.

This book changed the way that I weight train. If you are like me and was brainwashed by bodybuilding publications into thinking that you can get the same results, using the same routines that their anabolic steroid consuming "champions" are using, YOU NEED THIS BOOK! Yes, the program is simple, but it is very well thought out. If you do some research into the pre steroid era, you will find very similar programs used by the great lifters and bodybuilders of that time. In short I highly recommend this book if you want real results without the drugs.

Best book ever!!! I can’t recommend this book enough if you are interested in improving your fitness!

I was looking for a good read on how I can improve my strength, and I happened to stumble upon this book. The material reinforces my understanding of strength training and provided important fundamental information that I was lacking. It definitely helped me avoid detrimental mistakes that would have slowed my gains. Plus the addition of pictures makes it easy for even beginners to understand the information. Great book and would highly recommend for strength and conditioning enthusiasts.

Superb book ,can't recommend it enough,in an industry so full of rubbish information on how to build size and strength,it's refreshing to find an author who's only agenda is to help you save literally years of wasted effort and time by passing on information that can only be gained by actually doing himself, what the book is about.The years of experience that only comes from hard work comes through very clearly in the well explained and detailed but easy to understand chapters .Everybody from beginner to expert needs to read this book ,it's worth it's weight in gold. .
