First Off...This company is very helpful. My original Bike got stuck in California and they sent me a second bike though FedEx and expedited it. Two days later it is sitting on my front porch. Any other questions that I had; they were very helpful along the way. always ask...They will respond usually within a day. Unless it's a weekend. And no one likes working weekends. The bike itself is very fast and sturdy. It handles the speed very well. There are videos on YouTube which you can change the KMP to MPH. also for easy assembly. And how to change the settings to increase your speed. Very simple process. Also, VIP.LOL... Read the manual...this will give you information to make your experience more enjoyable. Please :) So.....I love the 4-inch fat tires. I have had the bike up to 30 mph. There is a setting on the bike next to the power button that you can change from 1 to 5. Obviously 5 being the fastest. The speedometer only says 27 but it is actually 30. I have tested this going down a road that has a speed trap sign and it shows how fast you are really going. Again WOW. This bike handles the speed Very WELL. And the Fat tires gives it great stability. I was impressed. It also has cruise control. Which is enabled by holding the speed for about 3 seconds. If you are going down a straight road...Very Nice to just enjoy the ride along :). It is very Comfortable. I bought this bike for various reasons... and this was one reason. It has a long seat. Which is very well padded. I have never liked those regular bicycle seats. That make it hard to ride at 25mph or more. And never sits just right, again...Excellent comfort. It has the distance which I don't need but enjoy. The 48v15ah battery charged in about 3 hours. But keep in mind...I did not wear it down to zero power. I have once and I got about 40 miles out of it. Full electric But I am 160. and 5/11.Straight roads with no hills. So, any heavier person might not make it as far. Again, very comfortable. They will also sell you a second battery if you ask them about it. You can get the distance from using the power and pedaling so it has a range of at least 60 or more miles based on pedal assist. Still Very good. If your slightly lazy like me... Shuh... I won't tell anyone...Order a second battery so it is easy both ways. LOL It's a simple swap out with your keys. The front fork and rim...I have had NO problems with stability on this E-bike AT ALL....The Bike...I Love it... It looks like a mini-Motorcycle with the rims. It is very stylish. I have added an alarm system to it. And it goes next to the headlight which I find I actually like. It has a bright led headlight and a working break light and turn signals that let people know when you are turning. Or stopping. Instead of the old way of putting your arm out or constantly pushing a button to let people know you are stopping. Very Safe on the road. again, I Love it. This is an honest review...No crap...I honestly love the bike. I have a 50cc scooter and it is as nice and rides as well as my scooter. but it uses gas. and I am cheap LOL It is made very well, and it is reasonably priced. For what I payed. I was impressed. these are all the pros. I have owned it for about a month and I have never been disappointed in it. I have not had any cons .... I have ordered extra tubes for the tires...Just to be proactive This way I have them should I ever need them...I hate waiting for stuff to come through the mail LOL. Do Yourself a Favor...if you are looking for an electric Bike! Order from this company... Well worth it. You Will NOT BE Disappointed

Update: I'm giving this bike a 5 star review now. This bike works and runs awesome. I had to get the back inner tube replaced but everything works good and this bike has some good power to it. I ride this bike to work its around a 24 mile to/from work and it only loses around two battery bars the whole there/back and I weigh 250lbs currently though I am working on losing more. This bike is amazing and I would buy this bike again if something happened to the one I have now. Overall, the bike is very handsome, it's very sturdy and strong bike. it weighs about 81-85 pounds, fairly strong and can be heavy if your not use to lifting a whole lot. It has a headlight, taillight, turn signals. The only problem I had was with the back tire coming off as I was going down the road and having to get a new inner tube put in it because the air valve is leaking air. I used the bicycle pump that comes with it, but when I was going down the road the tire lost air and the tire itself come off, luckily I wasn't far from my apartment. Overall though, its a great and amazing Electric bike. I named my bike Cobra. The bike literally resembles a motorcycle, the only difference is it has pedals and a chain. Its a good looking bike and is worth the money you pay. The seat is amazingly comfortable and soft. Everything works the way it should, only issue was the back tire. Just be sure to check your tires, otherwise I would recommend it..For a $800 dollar bike you can't ask for better. It shipped really fast and arrived in the time windows that was given. It was delayed a day but that was on Fedex not the bike company. Its a good bike, looks amazing, very heavy and sturdy, all electrical aspects of the bike works as it is suppose to and it does come half-three quarters charged, so the first charge only takes an hour or two to fully charge when the bike arrives/delivered. I give the bike about 4.5/5. I will update my rating later if any problems occur, but for now, Im happy with the purchase so far.

The bike arrived 2 days early from across the US and was well wrapped. I was a bit worried about shipping but I as someone who wraps expensive and declicate packages for a living can confidently say that it was over packed and arrived flawlessly without so much as a rattle. It took me around 45 mins to unwrap and build the bike.MAKE SURE TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE INFLATING THE TIRES! I had to fix the rear tube a few times before it seated correctly but after my first 2 miles it felt fine even though the front brake needs tightened. The pedal assist is powerful enough one pedal will actually get you going pretty quickly and the bikes top speed is true at around 28 mph. All in all the bike is very sharp,fast and comes with a phone holder that works well to store the included toolkit and a few emergency items, and a cheap but passable handpump that I bungee corded to the frame. As a 23 year old I plan on using this bike for hard riding and short commutes and it definitely seems to to the task! It also has a horn and blinkers.

Extra long review for the real facts!! I would rate this 5 stars but I have one issue with this bike. I need customer support to help me solve an issue. It rides great and the quality and workmanship is really impressive. Assembly really is pretty simple. When the bike is complete it looks and feels like a professional built it. After doing extensive research on this bike I came to the conclusion that this was the best value for my money. This bike uses a beautiful H6C Display with a 5 pin waterproof connector. The brakes I have are the upgraded hydraulic ones they stop quietly and quickly. The suspension feels soft and doesn't bump or shake when it jounces. The leather seat is well sewn and the looks incredible like a motorcycle seat. The tires are reasonably aggressive for both on and off road use. Be careful to center the tires on the rim as you are inflating them. Good range, cast wheels, full suspension, comfortable seat, rear rack, everything. It has torque for sure you can feel. This thing is Fast! It goes 30 mph! That's my problem however. All the research I did prior to purchase led me to believe that the top speed limit was able to be set either higher or lower. I have a young son who would like to ride the bike. I would like to be able to set the speed to the legal speed limit where I live that is in NJ 20 mph. The setting menu on this Bike is accessed by holding the + and - buttons at the same time once the display is on. This opens the advanced setting menu and a range of options open from P1 to P10. Different settings change things such as P1 is the speedometer reading either MPH or kmH. P6 changes whether you have throttle assist or not. On the bike I got P2 to P4 are locked. It will go directly from P1 to P5. P3 will set the number of pedal assist modes . This I can't change unfortunately. P4 is the big one! This is the setting that allows you to set the max speed of the Bike! Everywhere you look online about this bike everyone is so focused on making it go faster and to each their own. However there is virtually no information on turning the speed down to suit local laws or to prevent younger riders from going too fast. I have reached out through the tamobyke support email on both the .com and .eu emails and no reply thus far. I would like customer support to be a little more responsive. I bought this bike from Amazon and the Tamobyke store specifically because I wanted good customer support. I could have ordered any number of Ebikes from Temu or Aliexpress. Based on other reviews it seemed this bike had that support base. As I stated previously I would rate this bike five stars absolutely if I could rectify this issue. I looked at all the information I could for a month before making this purchase. I think this is the best value and quality for the money and it's a really amazing bike. I just wish I could get some help as I don't want any trouble riding with my son to go to the ice cream parlor 😅.

About a year ago I decided I need to enter the e-bike world. I am 68 years old and disabled so my daughter made me quit driving an automobile. Not disabled as one would think. I still workout a little. And I can still play golf. I have had the rated 1500 watt Tamobyke for around 3 weeks. It arrived quickly on July 11th 2025. I enjoyed it for 2 days. That's when I ran over a rivit-like object not much bigger than a needle. The rear tire of course. Where the motor and gears reside.Fix-a-Flat would have been the easy alternative. And no doubt have eliminated my problem. The thought did not cross my mind. I must reiterate, I am 68. Brain doesn't work like it used to for several reasons. My brilliant idea was use the inner tube that came with the bike. I did that successfully. But,,,when I test drove it I noticed my pedal assist level only registers up to 3. Where it should register 5. The max speed being 16 mph. Had I wrote this review then, it would be diametrically opposed to what I'm about to say. So 2 days in I was extremely dissatisfied. I called Tamobyke. The woman said to email Tamobyke. I did. But before they could reply, I typed in my Google browser, "on the Tamobyke, is there a way to override the speed function and make it go faster?" With the information I gleaned from replies from customers, some with videos, I was able to get the elusive two levels of pedal assist. And recover the cruise control. And also got it to go from a standing start. I am more than pleased that when I finally decided to pull the trigger and enter the e-bike world, I chose Tamobyke. After doing a lot of research into e-bikes. It now performs flawlessly. Extremely fun to ride. Brings out the child-like kid in me.e-bike. I also get a lot of compliments on the bike.

I have the 2024 version of this bike, which came with a different LCD screen, the H6C. The only function that I understood on the new LCD screen was function 4 guessing 45 meant 45kph which is the 28 mph at PAS 5.It work it’s fast and comfortable .. i’ve tried to contact the seller and let them know that the card that they put into the box only goes up to eight P functions. The new LCD screen has 10 P functions, and I have no clue as to what they are or what they are used for because they refuse to respond back even to Amazon messages which is crazy it’s a great bike and it does 28 mph as labeled. Overall, I am very happy with the V 20 E bike from tamo bike. It is a powerful, fast, and comfortable electric bike that can handle any terrain and situation. It has many great features and benefits, such as the brakes, the acceleration, the design, and the suspension. The only major downside is the poor communication with the seller, which can be very frustrating and annoying. The battery indicator is also inaccurate, but it is not a deal-breaker for me. I think this bike is worth the money, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high-quality and high-performance electric bike.
