Comfytemp Cordless Red Light Therapy for Neck Shoulder, 19W, 660nm & 850nm

I have chronic pain and have ordered infrared light products for several years now. I have probably ordered close to 15 of them. Most only work for a short while and then quit. I shopped for a new one, one that would cover more of my neck area so that I wouldn't have to keep adjusting it to suit this pain or that. I have a large square infrared pad that remains in my chair, and I use it every time I sit down. It contains the healing stones as well. BUT THIS ONE ... is the best I have had by far! Not only is it the perfect shape for the shoulders, upper back, and neck area (if you velcro it in the right place to fit you), but the lights work to affect all areas of the neck, shoulders, and upper back even though the pad is not covered "solidly" by lights. It is the perfect weight, it's not too heavy, allowing you to wear it as long as you like, and not too light, it stays put comfortably and without any battery pack or cord to hinder the portable experience. I didn't know if I would like that part, but it charges "super fast," and the charge lasts a long time. All the different choices they offer for the light options of healing are Fantastic, 1-4 pushes of the button give you different techniques of light therapy. I think that might be the reason this cape works far better than the others in melting away all the pain. The others didn't do that near as effectively! It boggles my mind. I have to say, I'm glad I finally found this cape and wish I had found it before I bought all the others! For me, this is the Rolls Royce of infrared pads!

I have been looking online to buy a red light therapy wearable for my 88 year old mother who is at a nursing home. She has head and neck pain. When i visit her a few times per week, i lay this around her neck and shoulders and use the middle (green) setting as the red one makes her too hot too soon. I am realistic and not expecting a quick fix, but over time, she has been showing signs of improvements, complaining less about the pain. I will continue applying this on her for further relief. This was one the affordable red light therapy devices i found and Im glad i did.

Really great therapy pad. Love that you can use it without a plug but wish the battery life were a little longer. I seem to get a little more than two uses on the highest settings. Can leave marks on the skin that go away pretty quickly but the app warns you of the at the higher power levels and it does get pretty warm but I like it. The size is perfect but feel that it would be better with more lights. That said it is a good product for the money and easy to use.

I'm pleased with this red light therapy cape for the shoulders. I can't speak to the longevity of it, since I've only had it for 2 months, but I use it twice daily for a pickleball shoulder injury and it seems to be improving, in spite of the reality that I haven't stopped playing pickleball. The design is OK. I agree that it doesn't fit snugly on the shoulders, as another reviewer said. Perhaps a couple velcro straps running vertical under the arms would snug it up. I just overlap the front snugly and it gets close enough. There is another device in the same price range, specifically for one shoulder that likely fits more snugly, but I like that this touches both shoulders, neck and upper back for allover good light therapy. I also think it's well thought out. It needs recharging after about 5 sessions of what I think is 15 minutes. And when it's nearing the need for a recharge, it beeps 3 times, but it still has enough charge to finish the current session. So just plug it in when that session is complete and it's always ready for the next use. I'm hoping it has a decent life span, but I'll update if I get anything further . . .

Love it, it helped my neck and shoulder pain. However it was very pricey to have only worked 6 months. I have several Comfytemp devices I use daily, and I am now afraid of the life span of my leg massagers. Would I buy Comfytemp again, no, and I don’t recommend this product.

This works, and is nicely constructed. However, due to its ability to work with an app and your phone, it interferes with my TV of my ROKU, not sure which. When I noticed it changing things I quit using it in the vicinity of the TV because I didn't want it changing settings somewhere I wasn't seeing and then having to troubleshoot everything. Returned for the other one they sell that isn't cordless.

I wasn’t familiar with red light therapy and my chiropractor would mention it me, the benefits and various uses. After researching red light therapy, I decided it was great fro me and what I would need it for. This has been rest fro my tight shoulders, neck and upper back. I love that it’s cordless, and that it doesn’t take long to charge. It has been a great additional to myself care routine.
