I did 4 Yrs of OT ( in my late 40s and early 50s) for my left wrist and this kit contains most all the things I did many X over to build up some strength.. I have been through 5 yes FIVE left wrist surgeries.. Let me tell ya, if you fall and break your wrist in a certain peninsula shaped state, DO Not assume. Just wrap it and get on plane back to the Drs who know what they're doing. I now need one more surgery to fix all the bad that happened on that peninsula. This one will take place in Chicago... And I am sure this kit will help boost my recovery again!

It's full of hand therapy items. Very nice quality. Just wish it was FSA approved. It shows on the list for FSA eligible but when you checkout my FSA card wouldn't approve it. Just so others with FSA know you might have to fight to use your FSA money on this or just eat the cost like I had to.

You think you are going to use this, but you are likely not. I never opened a lot of the stuff and, while it seemed a good idea and convenient, I would have been better off just buying a couple things individually. My therapist said you could use things around the house for the same thing. Cute kit though!

What a product for pain full hands and fingers! Was looking for a similar product from so long. It covers everything together for ur finger pain, forearm pain and especially for Carpal Tunnel. Thank you for this amazing product .
