These are great for those body parts that require hot or cold compress. Easy to use Velcro strap stays secure where you put it & is comfortable having it on. The gel packs are made very sturdy for long time use. Great value for your money. I liked them so much I bought another set to have for other family members to use in the future.

These are perfect for back , side and many other places .. I think it will be great to travel with as well. They stay cold a lot longer than I thought they would .. Over all I think it’s a great product!!!

Works as expected. The flexibility is amazing and wraps around the knee well and stays put.

Love that this comes as a two pack. The case is great too and has strong velcro. My only complaint and it’s minor, is they do get very firm when frozen. I find I need to knead it a bit before placing on my kids bumps and bruises.

This is a great product because I no longer have to hold an ice pack or frozen veggies the entire time I’m cooling down soar muscles or an injury. It straps around your body part & stays in place very well. I find it is the perfect size. It’s not to cool and it does what is expected. I think it’s a great purchase if you’re needing an ice pack.

Every household needs this. Love the two pack so I can keep one in the freezer and one out for heat. The soft case/cover is just enough to take the chill off while still being able to feel the cold. Super easy to use also.

The velcro pouch is awesome, well worth the money. I use it all the time.

I'm a senior with a 34 waist the adjustable strap just about goes around my waist, if it was for this reason I would i would have given it a higher review. really need to pull it to get it around the waist
