Super satisfied. Highly recommended. Better than all older version,colorful (Great for read comics),fast page swap,and long lasting battery.I've charged ot only one time since purchase and I am still using it. It's been almost 4 weeks.

Looks like leather, lovely colour too! (My photos don't show the true colour) feels nice to hold in my hands. Not as much protection top and bottom like the real leather ones. Not slippery when picking up either. Definitely one of the better cases as ordered several but didn't like the feel especially as I had kindle a real leather case on my 6th generation Paperwhite, which was getting temperamental after 11/12 years of daily use. I could of just tried a reset and taken the 600 odd books off it, but the colorsoft was on offer so decided to upgrade and keep my library on the device.

Expensive but a lovely color and so far I still believe it's worth it

I am *so* impressed with this. It looks and feels more like real leather than the genuine leather previous generation Paperwhite covers, which felt 'plasticky' and had a very un-tactile coating and cheap printed grain finish. This, however, appears to have a natural grain to it and a soft, almost nubuck, handfeel. There even appears to be natural skin markings of the type you only usually see on high-end leather goods. If I didn't know it was plant-based, I'd never have believed it was vegan leather. The magnets are incredibly sturdy meaning the case won't flop open on the move leaving your precious Paperwhite vulnerable to scratches and all manner of bag-based devilment, plus the front flap (ooer) stays securely affixed to the back while you're reading. The soft microfibre lining to the front flap (ooer, again) babies your Paperwhite screen and makes reading with the flap open (ooer times three) so comfortable. Like a hug for your hand *and* your Kindle. The edges are finished beautifully with sturdy black inking (the technical name for that edging on bag straps, fact hunters) and the overall look and feel is incredibly premium. As it should be for £42, but here's the best bit - I snagged this for £11 in 'very good' used condition. It doesn't look in the slightest bit used, it's perfectly brand new, just a slightly bashed box (ooer, yet again). Which is considerably cheaper than most inferior third-party cases, plus I've done something good for the environment (possibly). My favourite ever case for my favourite ever Kindle at a bargain price. Banging.

This is the perfect, clean, minimalist, high quality case you can get for your Kindle Paperwhite. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the price, other than that, its ideal. You will likely never need a new case after this one. It has a very good feel in hand and makes one handed reading much easier. It does not fully unfold flat, but that is actually a good thing, since the angle makes holding and reading with one hand much nicer and gives more to hold. The wake feature works flawlessly everytime and the magnet holding it at the back when unfolded is also super strong. The soft touch material on the inside reassures me that the screen is protected, and when closing, it always lands softly on the screen without much of a sound.

Nice looking, fits like it was made for my Kindle! Even turns the Kindle off and on when you open and close the cover. The cover is not made from leather, and it doesn’t pretend to be leather. Love the colour, easy to spot in a stack of books.

Ottima custodia. I materiali sono di qualità, robusti e durevoli (ovviamente solo il tempo e l'utilizzo continuativo potranno dare la conferma definitiva). Essendo un prodotto originale non ho riscontrato alcun problerma di compatibilità con il mio Kindle. Comodissima la funzione di arresto e ripresa del dispositivo quando si apre o chiude la custodia. La funzione di cambio pagina con tap sui bordi o sul retro rimane funzionante. Consigliata.

Ich habe den Kindle Paperwhite als Geschenk für meine Frau gekauft, die eine absolute Leseratte ist. Ehrlich gesagt war ich anfangs ziemlich unsicher, ob sie sich wirklich auf ein E-Book-Gerät einlassen würde – sie liebt den Geruch von Büchern, das Umblättern der Seiten und hat eine ganze Wand voller Romane und Sachbücher. Ich dachte, dass kein elektronisches Gerät mit dem Erlebnis eines "echten" Buches mithalten könnte. Aber ich wurde komplett eines Besseren belehrt! Schon nach den ersten Tagen war sie begeistert vom Kindle Paperwhite. Sie schwärmt von der kompakten Größe und dem federleichten Gewicht. Egal ob auf dem Sofa, im Bett oder unterwegs – der Kindle liegt super in der Hand und ist so viel praktischer als ein dicker Wälzer. Besonders im Urlaub oder auf dem Weg zur Arbeit ist das ein riesiger Vorteil. Ein besonderes Lob bekommt das Display: Der Kontrast ist exzellent, die Schrift gestochen scharf und das Lesegefühl kommt dem auf Papier wirklich sehr nahe. Kein Spiegeln, kein grelles Licht – einfach angenehm für die Augen, auch bei längeren Lesesessions. Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung ist sehr gut einstellbar, sodass man sowohl bei Sonnenlicht als auch im Dunkeln entspannt lesen kann, ohne dass eine externe Lichtquelle nötig ist. Meine Frau nutzt den Kindle mittlerweile sogar häufiger als ihre gedruckten Bücher. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Akkulaufzeit – sie muss das Gerät nur alle paar Wochen aufladen, selbst wenn sie täglich liest. Auch der Zugriff auf die riesige Auswahl an Büchern im Kindle Store gefällt uns sehr gut. Man kann spontan neue Titel entdecken und sofort loslesen – ein Traum für jeden Bücherwurm. Insgesamt bin ich mehr als zufrieden mit diesem Kauf. Der Kindle Paperwhite war ein Geschenk, das sich als Volltreffer erwiesen hat. Er vereint Technik und Lesevergnügen auf eine Weise, die sogar eingefleischte Liebhaber gedruckter Bücher überzeugt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung – nicht nur für Technikfans, sondern gerade für leidenschaftliche Leserinnen und Leser!
