Not as potent as my normal brand but I did feel relaxed after a few houres. This particular Ashwagandha comes from Pakistan I didn't like that there was residue all over the inside and on the capsules. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Since I started taking Ashwagandha again, I've experienced an increase in energy and a decrease in stress. I originally tried it to increase my testosterone levels, and it seemed to help with that as well. Granted, there are lots of unsubstantiated claims about supplements, but anecdotally speaking, I've had good results with supplements in generally. Usually, I'm taking six or so supplements at once, but I sincerely believe in the benefits of Ashwagandha. You should give it a try.

Many other ashwagandha supplements on the market today have ridiculously high concentrations, which tend to upset my stomach. When I saw this supplement listed, I was surprised to see the reasonable dosage so I ordered it right away. This supplement provides the perfect amount of ashwagandha for me at 450mg. I haven't experienced any of the usual side effects from other ashwagandha supplements, and it seems to work equally well in its ability to relieve stress. The only issue is the quality. The capsules arrived with a layer of powder coating them and coating the inside of the bottle. I see this mostly in lower quality supplements where the quality control is not as rigid. However, considering the very affordable price, I suppose this is where the manufacturer cut some corners. Overall, it appears to be a decent supplement and I've had no issues taking it so far!
