This coconut oil works really well for oil pulling. Im a huge proponent of natural products. It has a pleasant texture and doesn’t leave a strong aftertaste. I’ve noticed my mouth feels cleaner and fresher after using it. Easy to use and a simple addition to my oral care routine. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try oil pulling.

I was always hesitant about oil-pulling due to having to swish the solution in my mouth for 10 minutes. I did not think I had it in me to find the patience. Surprisingly, the time goes by quickly. This oil is smooth-tasting and very refreshing. I have been dealing with sore gums and after an oil-pulling session, I feel immediate relief. This will definitely help me until I can make a dentist appointment. It is important to remember to shake the bottle well before each use. Also, when done do not empty the mouth down the sink as it may cause pipe and sewer problems over time. I simply empty my mouth into a folded piece of paper towel or tissue and discard it into the trash can. Or one can simply aim for the trash directly. I did that once and had an awful splashback. I guess I don't have the best aim. Overall, after my current dental issue is resolved, I will continue to use this product.

My dental hygienist recommended oil pulling with coconut oil to brighten the teeth so I tried this one. It is easy to use with a mild pleasant flavor. I think it is helping. I will reorder this brand when I run out.

I have been using this product for a long time. Loved it. Last time I purchased it had a horrible taste … I thought it was a fluke. Ordered another bottle and the same horrible taste and smell that made me almost gag … definitely changed the product ingredients… very disappointed

It works but I think I'll be going back to my previous brand. This tastes so incredibly awful. The last one I had was sweet coconut mint taste. The mint is so strong it's bitter. I'm not sure if I can continue this one as the taste is really awful for me.. but I do sincerely believe it's All natural bc of this.

his oil pulling blend works wonders. After a week of use, my teeth feel noticeably cleaner, and my breath stays fresh for much longer thanks to the peppermint oil. It definitely leaves your mouth feeling healthy, but swishing oil for 10-15 minutes takes some dedication and adjustment if you're new to it. Overall, a great product

Upon using it as prescribed and from the review of others, the product is good as it says.Use it as instructed and you will see the difference. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a natural coconut oil for its purpose .Natural and no addictives
