Absolutely great set! Definitely will help me get started!

These cards are great! Not only are they color coded, numbered and put into easy to read exercise groups for you but they also have a QR code on them that links to a quick video on how to do each exercise! In case you’re like me and need to see it and do it to fully understand it!

I wish they were a little bigger but they do the job. I love that I can hook them up on my rack with my other exercise tools.

Very helpful and useful. Pictures and explanations of movements along with a bar code that links to a video. Easy to understand the format, helpful suggestions for routines, the cards are a good size, easy to read, easy to use, sturdy and durable. AS a beginner to PIlates, I can say they are Beginner appropriate, may be more than that, but I wouldn't be one to judge that.

This is a great fittness program, it offers so much information and the videos are very easy to follow. I would recommend this. Only issue I had was at the beginning when I attached the cards together via the supplied ring. That makes it a bit cumbersome to navigate. Once you learn the routines, it is no problem

I love it!!! It helps to create your own program 😊 You can watch the video with exercises and that is very helpful!
