I really love this heat wrap. It’s battery powered, rechargeable, lasts for 6 hours, and is perfect for warming your neck. I’ve been struggling with an issue with my neck for months, but I can’t be tied down to a corded heating pad while at work, so this is perfect. I can see where it would be great to wear when it’s cold outside too.

Good quality, long holding time. The fabric that touches the skin is soft, and the other side is waterproof and easy to clean. It's a genius idea to be able to have a portable heating pad. It provided soothing heat and helped relieve tension and discomfort in my neck and shoulders.

Good, comfortable heated scarf. It has been great for my neck which is very sensitive to cold since a neck surgery implanted a metal plate and screws. Battery life is great, lasting several hours before complete discharge.I only wish that the heated portion of the scarf was located a few more inches away from the battery pack which would allow the battery pack to hang a little lower instead of right up under the chin. If not for that one personal preference I would have awarded 5 stars.

The heating pad has a great effect and fits my shoulders very well. It's very comfortable and the product is also great

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I am incredibly disappointed in this to the point that I am going to ask for a refund. The heating element in this scarf is only a few inches long; at most, it's about 1/4th of the length of the wrap itself. It doesn't get very hot even at the hottest setting; after wearing it for 45 minutes, my skin is warm-er but not "give me relief from bad muscles" warm.The battery is nice, I guess, for a $7 power bank, and the fabric for the wrap is very soft. Is it worth the $29 I paid for it? No. Absolutely not. I wouldn't justify spending $15 on this.I really want to like this. I have a bad neck that I had hoped this portable heating pad/scarf would be able to help with. Unfortunately, it's just... bad. If you're after something to help with chronic pain, I'd look into other options.

Bought this for my mom she loves it. She is elderly and always cold . I do recommend it for older people . Maybe if you live in a state that gets really cold. It's about 30 inches long and it came with a battery you can recharge.

It works, but the wires got hot enough to burn my neck skin, so i have sewn four-corners of double-folded felt material onto the 6" of scarf where the heating-wire is. It worked. Light-weight, portable, easy to use, good durability & comfort. First use of the batterypack was not as long-lived as second use, which was longer than 3 hours. You can use other battery-packs with it, but be aware that the scarf can burn your neck-skin over long hours of use.
