I have sensitive skin and am prone to eczema flare ups, and I can use this round my eyes no problem.

Does it dry full matte? no shiny at all? you forget you're wearing sunscreen because it's matte and doesn't make you look dewy?

For me it dries full matte & my skin looks fresh but not dewy. My skin is oily & has a tendency towards spots but the cream suits me very well.

If you mean has it been tested on animals, there is no specific statement on the labelling to say that it hasn't been (eg as companies like Body Shop do) so best to assume it's not cruelty free.
