Runs big, very soft and comfortable
I am a 40 year old female with an average (?) size head. It is big and covers the tops of my ears. It is very comfortable if you doNt care about looks! And it looks good other than being a bit big.

Uses besides surgery
Price was right. I don't use these caps anymore since retiring but bought it to protect my hair when sleeping with Bi-PAP strap which was rubbing my hair off at night.

Way too small
I don’t have too much hair and even then this hat is way too small. Too tight and barely covers hair. Not happy with this purchase and will be returning.
