I use this multiple times throughout the week. Chops vegatables, beautifully. It doesn’t “tear” or “ shred”, it actually cuts thru. Using the pulse, it chops every piece evenly, without ending up with a mushy, water mess. Celery. Peppers. Apples. Onions. Surprizingly, it also chops meat, beautifully, without shredding. Made a lovely Porkchop salad. Love the thick, heavy glass container. It’s heavy duty and will not break, easily. The quad-blades are extremely sharp (handle with care) and pull everything into the blades so everything is evenly cut. The food guard shape mirrors the small handles so it stays in place. As long as you do not over fill, food does not get up into the gear shaft. Cord is long enough to position comfortably on the counter for ease of use. The anti-slide silicone ring fits nicely on the bottom if you want to use it. I find I do not need it since it only takes 3 to 5 short pulses to chop most items. Easy peasy to hand wash and store. Bonus - it comes with an extra quad-blade and a stainless steel bowl. HINT: I was struggling to aline the motor shaft with the quad blade shaft. I finally figured out the trick. Don’t put the food guard on the bowl then try to aligh the motor. Instead, set the motor on the food guard THEN holding both pieces together, put it on the bowl, alighing the handles. The motor shaft and quad blade will auto-align. Great quality. So versatile. This is now my most used kitchen tool. I love it.

I am amazed at this food processor it was worth the everything it’s said and to me it is everything it’s said works great and easy to use clean up is great. Seems very powerful and easy to use. My husband even said I needed to buy another one just to have it since it was so good of a machine. I was impressed how it cut up a steak to make it like a hamburger. It really cut my time making coleslaw and other things I do yes I would definitely buy it again. I have used it five or six times already I really like it.

I love this! Had to replace my kitchen aid processor and this little guy is a big window! Very powerful, chops in seconds and us easy. Easy to clean.

I really like that it comes with both the stainless steel bowl and the glass bowl—very convenient depending on what I’m preparing. ALMOST PERFECT I want to give this 4.5 oout of 5. I have discovered a few things that could be improved. I used it to puree a ridiculous amount of pumpkin. It worked very well with 1 slight fault. The blades on this device are 90 degrees from the shaft. (In other words, the angle makes a sideways T.) In the processor I was replacing, the blade was at a slight downward angle & I wish this new one was the same. (The angled blade allowed all the food to move in the bowl both circular and up and down.) The straight blades on this device meant I had to pause more frequently & manually stir my pumpkin. Kind of annoying, but not a deal breaker. There were a couple inconveniences with cleaning the blades. First, these blades stack on top of each other. I haven't been able to get them apart again for cleaning. Also, the hole at the center of the blades (where it attaches to the shaft) is REALLY narrow & you need an extremely skinny brush (as for a narrow reusable straw) to get into it. Also they are not kidding when they say the blades are extremely sharp! I have to go search for my work gloves now so I can hold the blades & actually have enough grip to pull them apart. Both bowls that came with the set were perfectly sized. (I do wish the silicone rings that hold the bowls in place against the table were slightly more substantial.) The device is easy to use & works really well. Despite having to pause a little more often, this device worked much faster than my old one. It has everything you need, though I'd consider it a big plus if it came with some sort of case for storage. With a couple of adjustments, I think this could be absolutely perfect, as it is it's still a great product & I'm glad I selected it.

I bought one a few months ago and the performance was good until the right button (high speed button) stopped working. I emailed the customer service with the issue while in the warranty period, they asked for a video for the issue and I sent it. they reacted timely and sent me a replacement for the motor the product itself is powerful and versatile, and it has serving me very well with chopping veggies and fruits and nuts. great customer service, and a great product
