Fish De-Boning Device

Bought this as a gag gift, but had to try it out. To my amazement it really works. De-bones trout for smoking rapidly and thoroughly. The meat looks a little rough where the rib bones exit, but once smoked you cant tell. I de-boned 18 trout in under 10 minutes, with a filet knife that would have taken me 30 min and I would have wasted more meat in the process. I was so impressed that I bought a second for my brother. Works best if the trout were previously frozen and then de-boned prior to smoking

What's left to say - the name says it all! After I saw the video for this product, I bought one for each of my fellow middle-aged male friends for Christmas. Boy, were they surprised to get a Wunder Boner from me, and even more excited to share, with family and friends, what I had given them. The looks on the their faces was satisfaction enough, really, but it is great knowing they will have a Wunder Boner in hand whenever they need one. What greater gift can one give those who are closest to you than a Wunder Boner? None, is the answer.

This did not work. The spine bone broke just bellow the head and destroyed the fish. I returned it and got a full refund.

I had to buy two of these fish deboner. Just as soon as husband saw l had got our oldest son one, he was jealous. So l bought him one for Christmas. It would make a great gift for fishermen in your family. Good luck fishing.

The Wunder Boner removed the bones but tears up the meat. Back to using the knife. Would not recommend buy.

I purchased the Wunder Boner thinking it was a joke, but it really did work on d-boning my trout. I followed the instructions and refrigerated the fish prior to using it and it removed every bone in all 8 trout I caught. Who would have thought a product with that name would be work so well? Not sure it would work on the catfish I catch but can tell you it works on trout!

I saw this advertised on the Amazon and the name caught my attention.... "Spineless Wunder Boner" Needless to say my imagination took off with this..... Honestly, I was interested in this tool for deboning a trout. And it works.... Just follow the instruction and recommendations on the box label, I was pleasantly suprised!

Worked like a champ. Lots of chuckles and humor associated with the name which is an added BONUS, but sure did remove the bones as advertised. I'd recommend one for any trout fisherman..best boner I've ever had!
