Vitamins and supplements are extremely hard to judge unless they have been used for many months.However, I was using this one as a replacement for the one I was taking and I haven't noticed any decrease in the benefits I was experiencing from this supplement. My mind still feels clearer and my joints experience less inflammation that I have without it. You have to find what works for you, but I think these are worth trying.Soft smaller gel makes them easy to swallow. It is a good value for the quality level of the product. E

It helps lift my mood and I feel better mentally! The lemon flavor is great! I am so grateful for these. When another brand of vegan omega-3 I'd long subscribed to arrived one day inexplicably reeking of fish and with a "contains fish oil" sticker slapped on the bottle, I quickly searched for an alternative. So glad I found this brand! Light lemony scent, easy to swallow, handy reclosable package, no fish harmed. Excellent product.
