Works with TVs that have OPTICAL (SPDIF) or AUX output and connect directly. NOT compatible with HDMI-only TVs, HDMI ARC / eARC systems, or TVs routing audio through AV receivers.

Can I connect two Bluetooth headphones at the same time?

Yes. Up to two Bluetooth headphones can connect simultaneously to listen together. Both headphones share the same TV audio source.

Can I use a soundbar and Bluetooth headphones at the same time?

With an OPTICAL soundbar, audio plays through both the soundbar and Bluetooth headphones via Optical passthrough. HDMI ARC / eARC passthrough is NOT supported.

Does this work with assistive listening devices?

No. This product does NOT support Auracast and will NOT work with assistive listening devices. For Auracast use, please choose Avantree Oasis Aura.

How do I control the volume?

If your Bluetooth headphones support volume control, adjust it on the headphones. If not, use the transmitter buttons or the included remote control.
