Not comfortable for long term use
For the value, it's easy to use and set up, lightweight, but not comfortable for long-term use. I just couldn't feel comfortable resting my back on the padded handles, and the resistance doesn't give me the "umph" I need when working out. Effectiveness is minimal when using this. I would recommend this if you can't afford the higher brands.
