It also comes with two posters to show you what kind of workouts you can do. The bench is top quality as well!! It’s also very versatile, they gave you all the attachment you will need for many types of work out for any gender. The cage also don’t make any sounds which makes me comfortable to use because I feel safe that the cable will not break, loaded it with 260 lbs no problem. The quality and looks are great and I am very satisfied with the amount of money I spent.
