The mattress came rolled up and packaged well. I found it to be better quality than the picture. It's very comfortable too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and you won't be disappointed, and a great price too !!

Mattress came tightly packed. Thought be small and unfit for purpose... couldn't believe how unfolded into deep comfortable and totally serviceable it turned out to be!

Absolutely shocking quality and even worse customer service provision. With regards to the mattress it comes rolled up and needs 72 hours to decompress. Obviously you have to unroll and wait to realise its unusable. As you can see in my picture you can literally pinch the springs, there's not even 1cm of padding to protect you from the sharp springs. Completely unusable even for my young child. It's the 16th of January today and the seller has completely ignored me after acknowledging on the 8th that it's faulty. Amazon support have messaged the seller twice and have also been ignored. They have done this repeatedly if you look through the reviews. If you try to return the instructions read "hi, as this item is not suitable for you it can be returned back to us within 30 days since the purchase, however we will not be liable for returns postage charges as it is specified in amazons returns policy that the buyer is responsible for return when the goods are sent as ordered." The cost to return this item is incredibly expensive, more than 4 times the item. The item is not "sent as ordered" as it is faulty and not fit for purpose I am now out by the cost of this mattress, the cost of a more expensive better mattress, time to contact Amazon support and I'm having to store this massive item in my house whilst I wait for this company to feign to message me. Do not buy this item, if you receive a rubbish one it's extremely difficult to return!

Good for it's intended purpose. Pretty comfortable. Mattress was ready to use quite quickly.

Not a terrible mattress but much firmer than I was expecting and both mattresses we ordered measure 93cm wide so don’t properly fit my kids’ beds. My eldest finds it less comfortable than his previous mattress, the younger one really likes it. The fact it is too wide is a big problem though (wouldn’t be if the mattress sat on top of the bed frame as opposed to inside the bed frame), and we left it out for more than 48 hours to fully expand. I’ve also tried kneading it and keeping it in a warm room (as suggested by Dr. Google). The smell that people have mentioned in other reviews is definitely there, but does fade away over a period of about 3 weeks.
