I thought this was natural flavour but turned out to be pineapple, however this is perfect for my need and dose is perfect for the mornings alongside my other vits, will continue to look at possibilities of auto monthly

So, I’ve suffered from brain fog for the last 6 years and severe anxiety/depression. Recently just finished a b12 deficiency treatment. still that long road of finding out if I need to go back onto either tablets or injections. Felt weak and lethargic with slight vision issues and brain fog too. Derealisation is another problem along this time. Long story short….ive taken it the past 4 days and felt noticeably ‘brighter’ on the last day. The flavour isn’t sweet at all though like some of the other comments. Tastes ‘slightly’ grainy and hardly any kind of pineapple taste. 3 gulps and it’s gone though. Take it 5am with omega 3. Anyway, I’ll come back when the pack has gone to see how it fairs. I’m also not on any kind of anti depressants. Just lansoprazole for a hiatus hernia. Yet to find out if this product helps with the stomach bloating.

Yes I’m coming to the last serving of this green powder and I can say I have enjoyed taking this in my morning smoothies. I do like the flavour. My recent doctor appointment showed I was doing well in my blood tests and I’m wondering if this regular intake helped? I don’t know but I do know that the powder seems a good quality and I’m sure has all the great health benefits it claims. It does help give me a boost in the morning in my smoothie but with something like this it’s best to do your own research for your health. I like the flavour.

Doesn’t blend well still has bits in it. Also tastes peculiar. Not taken enough to see any real benefits but won’t be buying again due to taste and smell

As I suspect is also the case for many other people, I struggle to get the amount of greens into my daily diet that I really should. So, a product such as this potentially presents a quick and easy solution. Here are my thoughts on the Gains Nutrition Super Greens Powder: * The packaging is good. It is robust enough to do its job. It is resealable, so that the product can remain as fresh as possible. * The powder is dark green in colour and doesn't have a particularly striking aroma. * The product mixes well into my existing smoothies, which I do using a hand blender. * The flavour is another aspect that is a big winner for this product. Most competitor products are unlikely to have you licking your lips in eager anticipation! Rather than the usual non-specific flavour reminiscent of leafy green vegetables, this has a very pleasant natural apple flavour. * Ultimately, the key consideration is whether it works. Well, I have been quite pleased with the way it has performed. My system can sometimes have something of an adverse reaction to super greens blends and become more loose than is desirable. I am happy to report that there were no such issues in this case. * Based on current pricing (£19.99 for 150g) this works out at somewhere in the region of 67p per day. This unlike a lot of the super greens drinks that I've tried does have a nice flavour to it. The pineapple flavour is subtle but it does taste a lot better than some of the other super greens that you can get that taste like your drinking a cabbage patch. I actually pleasantly enjoyed this flavour and pineapple being one of my favourite drinks and flavours isn't surprising. It comes in a pouch which I never like ( I prefer tubs that I can re-use or recyle). It has a dark green appearance when mixed with water. This is one of the few supergreen drinks I actually prefer to have on it's own with just water rather than mixing it in a smoothie or any other beverage. This pouch only contains 150g of the powder and considering the price this is on the steeper end of the cost spectrum for these products which is why for me it doesn't get a full 5 stars and the fact it comes contained in a pouch. As with the price normally supplements that come in a pouch are a bit cheaper and they pass that saving onto you the consumer but I don't think that's the case here. Apart from those few gripes a tasty and healthly beverage.
