These little things actually work! The choice of "invisible" as a color is questionable, but they REALLY reduced my snoring.
These crazy little things actually work! I ordered about 4 different types of nasal opening anti-snoring dealies and these by far work the best. Let me tell you a few pros and cons but first the cons... Cons: -- They take some getting used to. They don't hurt at all but you can definitely feel them in your nose. I had trouble falling asleep with these in for several days. I would wake up and they would be out and on the nightstand (I must have taken them out without realizing). Just power through and try to keep them in. It is more of a tinglie feeling, definitely not painful. -- They are super easy to lose. the selection of "invisible" as a color choice makes them very difficult to find when you fling them across the room. -- They don't last forever. You will probably lose them (I am not sure how a few have NEVER turned up) before they wear out but they do lose their shape after a month or so (which is longer than they say they will last) Pros: -- They VERY SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my snoring. My partner is ecstatic and I wake up feeling more rested. I am just not going to get one of those CPAP things. My partner says that I still snore sometimes when on my back but it is barely noticible. When I forget to put them in or take them out because it is almost time to wake up anyway, I snore and get beaten in the side (not "i love you baby but you are snoring" beaten, like really mean scary beaten!). I have read a little about snoring online and apparently one of several causes can be that the side of your nose sorta collapses when you are asleep so your nasal passages are not open wide enough and you snore! This holds the nose open more widely and reduces that. As you fall asleep you may actually hear yourself snore one time when you have these in. I have no idea what causes that but it happens to me a lot. ONE snore and then I am fine. --I need a second pro or I shouldn't have made bullets. I think the price is pretty good and the simplicity is fantastic. This really is an item that can make a significant change in your life. I don't claim that it treats sleep apnea or anything else, but it has made me snore probably 80% less and that is worth it to me!

Works Better Than Others I Tried
I've ordered this twice. I've tried many of the nasal inserts out there including the ones that come highly recommended. Hands down, I prefer this to all of them. It stays in place better than the others and it's more comfortable. I can't say enough about how well it works for me. I bend it a bit (as described in the instructions) to eliminate a couple of pressure points. It wasn't hard for me to figure out what I needed. You really do have to replace them periodically but this is true of them all. A bonus is the case they provide. I'm a female and I can't speak to how these might work for everyone, but I'm sold and believe they would work for most.

Great as long as you're not congested
When I was in high school I had surgery on my nose, in which my septum (the cartilage in the center of the nose) was removed. This resulted in my nose collapsing slightly, causing the right nostril to be smaller than normal and my left nostril to be almost completely obstructed. When I'm laying down, my nose collapses even further and it's almost impossible to breathe through my nose. I've been using Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Large, Tan, 30-Count Box every night for ~20 years, and they've greatly improved my sleep. But they're ~$0.40 per night every single night for the last 20 years, and I'll need them or something like them for the rest of my life. So every few years I go searching for some alternative that doesn't cost quite as much and that doesn't generate as much waste. This is the best alternative I've found. Initially I found these quite uncomfortable. I started out wearing them upside down relative to what the instructions recommended. The instructions said to hold it so it looked like a W when inserting it. But that puts the center of the wings (the bottom of the W) right in the airflow, which seemed weird to me. So I held it so it looked like an M, which puts the center of the wings (the top of the M) up in the bulb of the nose, well away from the airflow. They held my nostrils way open, making it much easier to breathe. But the pressure on the center of my nose was too great, and after a couple of nights they were just too painful to wear. It's possible that I experienced greater pain than others would, since I have scar tissue from the surgery that makes the center of my nose thicker than normal. Regardless, they hurt a lot, so I stopped using them and went back to the BreathRight strips for a while. Eventually I decided to try again, this time inserting them like a W as the instructions recommended. They don't hold my nose open quite as far as the other way, but they hold it open far enough. And the wings don't seem to obstruct the airflow even though they're right in the path. And they're WAY more comfortable that way. They still took some getting used to, but now they're my go to solution almost every night. I kinda love them now. EXCEPT: You can't really use these, or any of the "device in your nose" options, when you have nasal congestion and need to blow your nose during the night. You can't blow your nose with these things in there. So if you're having trouble breathing due to nasal congestion you're almost certainly going to want to go with the strips that stick to the outside of your nose. Otherwise every time you have to blow your nose you'd have to take this out, blow your nose, then re-insert the device. And having something inside your nose adds to the feeling of being congested, which makes you want to blow more often. Stick with strips if you're congested. For the record, I also tried Snoring & Breathing Aid - INVISIBLE NASAL STRIPS from WoodyKnows® - Advanced Nasal Dilators / Snore Stoppers / Nose Vents - Effective, Comfortable, and Durable Anti Snore Solution - Breathe and Sleep Right 3-Count (S+M+L) . Those are more expensive, harder to fit (you have to choose a size), and offer no advantage over these. This is by far the better choice.

It keeps on falling out of the nose, however once it’s inserted it’s very good
