I need a primer that is definitely not matt. and something good for textured skin. will this work?

This product is not so good for textured skin, sorry ;(

Can you use this before a powder foundation or would it be to sticky for a powder?

It is very sticky, or grippy.. if that's a word. I have only tried with light to medium coverage foundation and concealer, then set it all when in done with a fine powder. But not with a powder alone.
