I’m very impressed with this 8L humidifier! As someone who has been through many smaller humidifiers, it’s worked very well for my bedroom. The large tank means I can run it for days without constantly refilling, and the 360° nozzle with multiple mist settings makes it super easy to get the perfect humidity level. It keeps the air comfortable without leaving any dampness or residue on walls or furniture. The sleep mode is one of my favorite features and it’s surprisingly quiet and for a humidifier. I also love that it can diffuse essential oils. Also, the soft night light is a nice touch and it's not too bright that it bothers me. As someone who keeps plants and has wooden furniture, the built-in humidity monitor has been amazing. It maintains a safe and steady humidity level automatically, which helps my plants thrive and protects my wood floors from cracking. The safety auto-shutoff is reassuring, especially when I’m not home. Maintenance is surprisingly easy thanks to the top-fill design and detachable water pump. Cleaning it is quick and hassle-free. Let me tell you a surprising story. I purchased this item in April of 2025. I loved how easy it was to plug in and go. The 2 gallon capacity is perfect for my house. I really enjoyed not having to fill a humidifier every night, AND it fills from the top!! It's great that I get to pick the level of humidity and that once it reaches it will shut off and turn back on when it falls below that %. It's quiet and sleek. It's really a great product. In September I had my first over fill and I have no idea how I did it but it no longer turned on after that. I let the unit dry out for over a month. I tried different outlets. Nothing worked. One day I reached out to the service center just to see if there was anything they've run into that could help get it up and running. The service writer and I were emailing for 2 days. He was unbelievably helpful and professional. He explained that I had exhausted all of my options and since I purchased it only a few months ago I was covered under warranty. I was willing to ship everything back for an exchange but they sent me a while new unit free of charge. I was blown away!! The service writer even emailed me the day it arrived to make sure the new one had no issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the item and the service I received.

I am always cold so the heat has been on now for about a month (NJ). The baseboard heat makes everything so dry and I get shocks every time I touch something, So I need a strong humidifier and I typically buy a few small, table-top types to place around the house. I saw this one, with the 2.1 gallon capacity and AND its a floor standing unit so I said I NEED to get this! The price was right too. I've been using it for about a week now - wanted to give it a fair chance - and I have to say I love this humidifier! There are so many good things about it that I'm not sure where to start! It came packaged securely and the set-up was very easy, and I am far from handy. The owner's manual is very clear and gives perfect instructions. I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. I love that it can hold so much water. In the past, I felt like I was refilling my other ones every 3-4 hours. Not so with this one. I can fill it at night and I don't need to refill until the next morning and it works all night. It is very quiet. So quiet, in fact, I had to check it the first few times to make sure it was running, It gives you a humidity option so you can set it to where you are most comfortable. I find somewhere between 50 & 55 to work best for me. The ones I had in the past did not have that option. It has a function panel on the front where you can set that, as well as set a timer, turn on or off the night light, set it for maximum or minimum humidity AND it comes with a remote control that has the same exact functions! I don't even have to get up if I feel like lowering the humidity or turning it off or whatever. But my favorite part is the little drawer on the back with the pad that you can add a few drops of essential oils to. Now my whole house smells like vanilla!!! I absolutely love this humidifier. My dog does too as he no longer gets a shock when he wants to give me a kiss haha. I will keep this one for years!!

I like it but it seems a bit flimsy. My dog bumps it and almost knocks it over. My husband overfills it and water just pours out the back. He thought you filled it to the line and a little over. Boy was he surprised. My cats seem to highly enjoy the touchscreen and constantly mess with the functions. Yet, it still works well and does the job.

I used city tap water as it said I could. After one month my house was covered with water mineral dust. Worse yet my furnace started to not work properly. The furnace repair man said it isn't getting enough air. He replaced the clean looking air filter and it worked good. One week later the same problem with the furnace. I pointed out the dust in my house. He removed the furnace filter, ran his finger over the filter and it came off white from mineral dust. Furnace repair cost me $300.00.

Product arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. It worked well right out of the box and performed as expected. I did run into a leak at the base near the water tank, but after contacting customer service, I received a response within a few hours and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer support. I would purchase again and definitely recommend.
