How many things can the pen pouch hold, is it the same material as your small pencil case?

The volume of this pen bag is very big, if used to hold pens, at least can hold more than 60, you can also watch the video of the product introduction,Its fabric is the same as our small pencil case. This is a haute couture fabric that is very wear resistant.

Would an epi pen fit in this case?

YES - I keep multiple crochet hooks in mine - hubs has eppi pens here at home and his fits in my bag. bottom of bag is 7 1/4 X 2 1/4 The zipper comes down on the sides a bit to make a wide opening for easy in and out of items.

length 7.5inches x 2.25 wide X 3.5 tall - however it arches up a bit in the middle becasue of the way it is stitched - You could easily get something 4 inches tall in it in the middle area but not over by the edges where it curves / tapers down towards the handles.
