These Vitamin D tablets used to come as soft gels, but the new tablet form is just as effective and surprisingly easy to swallow. Small tablet, easy to swallow. I have to take high dose as I have osteopenia a precursor to osteoporosis and so far this dose has done the trick and it’s not expensive either, cheaper than a prescription 😀
