I recently picked up a set of Fox Bite painting brushes, and I’m seriously impressed. The bristles have great snap and control, making them perfect for fine details and smooth highlights. They hold a sharp point even after multiple sessions, and the paint flow is really consistent no fraying or splaying like cheaper sets. The handles feel comfortable during long painting sessions, and the balance is just right. I’ve used them on both acrylics and metallics, and they clean up beautifully every time. Whether you’re working on miniatures, models, or display pieces, Fox Bite brushes give a professional, clean finish. Easily some of the best brushes I’ve used for the price highly recommended for any hobbyist or pro painter!

Not great one of the brushes have been damaged due to the cover not being placed properly how fix and resolve this issue but wouldn't expect this coming from a brand at this price

It's exactly what it says it says and does what it needs to do if you're looking to try nicer brushes for miniature painting. The tips are extra sharp with good spring to them. You do need to get used to working with them especially since this type of kolinsky is extra greedy for moisture and will hold on to what feels like days worth of paint on the bristles. The dagger style brushes are great for panels with fiddly trim or areas where you need a precise edge while laying down a solid layer of paint. The price comes out to just a little over $20 a brush which is what other brands start at. Additionally if you have any issues with the brushes customer service is absolutely fantastic to deal with. Sidenote - the free pin is under the brushes, pull the entire insert out of the box when you get them. I wondered for the first few days why my box felt lumpy and that's why lol.

The packaging and the little gift of a pin and a sticker is a great touch. My experience with the brushes so far since I got them have been great. The quality is top notch for the price your paying. The size of the brush set is good for any project or miniture your painting that is not a brick or terrain set. The bristle length is perfect for holding paint and being able to get a good clean coat on. The shape retention of the tip is great, but that is all on the user and paint as well. The finer points are perfect for scroll, eyes, face, any detail work needing done. The key point I want to make is that with a high end quality brush, I know this is not some 70 dollar for one brush, but if you clean it and maintain it with care this is your go to brush, as it has become for me. Would I get this set for a beginner or someone just starting, no I wouldn't due to the price and what I have seen some people treat their brushes when they first started or trying it. I would get this set for someone who is good, trying, and consistent in their hobby and painting.

These are easily the best brushes I've used for miniature painting - I've tried so many different kolinsky sable brushes and definitely fell victim to the propaganda that expensive famous brands like W&N and DaVinci are "the best" at $30/brush. Every single time though, I end up reaching back for these. These brushes hold their points like the laws of physics don't apply to them, they're incredibly resilient even with daily use, and as a result I can get amazing detail with no fuss. The sable hair is high quality and strong, and they absolutely beat the crap out of W&N and DaVinci's kolinsky brushes. I'm so pleasantly surprised that a small brand on Amazon turned out to be the best in show. I'm definitely buying more, and recommend without hesitation for mini painters!
