OEM Nest learning 3rd gen came with a white plate and my wife asked about other color options...
OEM Nest Learning 3rd gen came with a white plate and my wife asked about other color options and preferred black to white.... I expect when we eventually repaint the hall we will do away with the wall plate altogether Now I get to paint the nearby air intake to our forced air gas heater to match ; )... Spendy for a bit of plastic -1 star

Working as Advertised
I bought the Nest Learning Thermostat - Gen 3 when our existing programable thermostat needed to be replaced. Our unit is still “learning” the routine of our house - but I like that it has already begun dropping the room temperature down to 67 at night, and raises it to 70 in the morning. It is also very convenient to access the thermostat using the phone app, (including raising the temperature without getting out of bed).
