I’ve had my Ally X since launch, and while I have used it without a case the entire time, it is still thankfully in pristine condition. Recently I started using the Ally X more often and began to notice a slight ache in my left wrist. It turns out that holding a device in an awkward position for long periods of time can cause this. At first, I didn’t put two and two together, but I eventually realised the cause was my case-less Ally X. After searching online for the best grip case for the Ally X, the Skull & Co came up repeatedly. It was mentioned so often that I decided to go ahead and buy it. What can I say, this grip case feels fantastic. The Ally X now feels much more comfortable to hold, and it finally has proper protection. The case isn’t bulky or unattractive; it actually looks just as good as before. It even allows the device to stand on its own, which is nearly impossible without a case or stand. On top of that, my Ally X still fits perfectly inside my hard shell carrying case, even with a tempered glass screen protector attached. Excellent quality, and fantastic value for money. I strongly recommend this case. I only wish I had bought it much sooner.

This case is by far the best for the Ally X! I’ve tried others including the Killswitch..but this for me comes out on top - easy to remove without the worry of damaging your Ally - great colour - fits in their carry case without issue - Comfortable - ‘most’ usb cables fit (a few of the chonky boys don’t) - Has a built in stand, so to speak …the bottom edge is sufficient to allow the device to stand upright on your desk - whilst it isn’t the most sturdy, it works in a pinch - cost: a lot cheaper than a killswitch but comparative to similar brands and styles. For me, the colour, the stand and its comfort make this my go to case. I liked the kill switch, but removing it was a godawful experience.

Feels like it fits loose but once it’s in it feels great

So here’s the thing. Want your Ally X protected? This will do that. A very excellent snug fit with great grips that make holding it easier. It feels high quality too. But. Man does this add weight to the device. Seeing as most of the time I use the device I’m in lying down, it can lowkey feel like holding up a weight, distracting me from play. So now I find myself putting it on when I’m moving around or playing for a short time and maybe taking it off when I’m going longer. But - it does what it says on the tin.

Great quality, comfortable to hold and the price was very reasonable.

I really like this, it adds just a tad of bulk thats needed to make the rog give my hands less cramp. It's made from a gummy rubber but it's not sticky in anyway, quite smooth to the touch. Quality is good and it keeps the premium look of the console, I combined it with the screen protector with a Matte finish from the same brand and the console looks great. I particularly like the stand feature which is a really smart addition

Simplemente perfecta. La funda es muy fácil de poner, el agarre mejora bastante, el color es idéntico a la descripción, lo protege muy bien y sobre todo no aumenta la temperatura. 100% recomendado.

A bit soft (doesn't feel to have that rigid structure making me feel like if I grep on it with one hand there is risk that Ally could fall out of the case) but I don't mind as at least I don't need to worry that it would be too tight and maybe leaving marks. This protects power button on top from being triggered accidentaly (as it resides lower in hole in case) and feels great to hold. I have thick screen protector on and I did not see any issue when I put on that gripcase. Recommend unless you do mind when case doesn't sit on very securely locked.
