Works great! Noticed not being so tired at the end of the day.

Does it work? Who really knows. Is it cheaper than others and vegan? Yes.

TLDR: Nice quality pills, but not sure of energy boost as of yet. I have only taken these a few times, and I haven’t noticed a huge difference in energy levels. I will have to look into the effects of this supplement though, as I may need to take them a few days in a row to really start to notice a difference. We do also drink a bit of caffeine in our house, usually a cup of coffee and a half an energy drink a day. So it may just be that we are used to a higher amount of caffeinated energy. We do realize we need to cut back, and have cut back in general but have a bit more to work on. Hence us buying these in order to go a bit more natural with our caffeine sources. So far I can’t recommend this or not, but will try to update if I do notice a difference over time!

I've enjoyed these. Before now, I largely took ginseng powder for instant activation, but it tastes like dirt, and there comes a point where you're about to scoop it in your mouth and your mouth says no. So I switched to see if these capsules were better. And they are. I still get the benefit of ginseng, with more energy to get through my day, and lower blood pressure (I check regularly), and it doesn't taste like anything because they're capsules. I'll keep going this route because this is much easier to swallow.

I'm not sure whether to give this 3 or 4 stars; the former feels harshly low but the latter seems too generous. I normally take a caffeine pill before work (along with other dietary supplements that aren't energy-related), but tried adding two of these to my daily regimen. I've been taking them for almost a month now. While there doesn't exactly seem to be anything *wrong* with this product (i.e., I don't regret trying it), it doesn't seem to do anything either, contrary to what it claims. I feel no different when I use this product than I feel when I don't. I tried skipping the caffeine a couple times (on non-consecutive work days) just to test the ginseng, and both times I still felt as if I'd taken nothing for energy, and had less than usual.
