The feed dog does not work. Unable to feed or advance any material

Never got to use this machine. Returned it the moment I opened it because there was a hand written note inside, I’m guessing was from the last person that returned it, stating 3 different issues with the machine. I didn’t go any further, boxed it back up, returned it and bought a different one locally instead.

The media could not be loaded. See my video for proof, this machine was only out of the box for 20 minutes when it started doing this.

I've had this machine two days and I'm getting ready to return it. It difficult to thread because the housing is low and instructs the view of the needle, the start/stop button works on a delay and you have to mash the button very hard, and the thread cutter does not work. After two days of light sewing, maybe 2 hours at most, it is already jamming up and refusing to sew.I should have believed the reviews

I did not keep this machine long. I began by winding the bobbin and within a few seconds each time the machine would turn off while trying to wind the thread. I didn’t want to deal with troubleshooting an issue like this on a new machine so decided to return immediately.

The reverse button did not work, the cut doesn’t work. Don’t buy it at Joanne’s because when you try to return it to singer it’s almost next to impossible. Crooks
