I’ve been using this for about a mount and half and the results are great. After the 2nd week, hair started to fall out. At it’s highest , the pain is still tolerable. The cooling head definitely helps.

Stopped working with less than 30 uses. Had for a little over 6 months. It doesn't power at all. We messaged the manufacturer for a replacement and they said they did not find any relevant order numbers.I'd stay away from this one, if I were you.

Removal process worked pretty good and without any real pain to speak of. Unit was easy to operate and left area red for short period of time. Time will tell on how much hair returns and how many more treatments before hair doesn't return.
