These gaming glasses are great! My eyes don't hurt when I look at the computer screen anymore. I've had an eye condition similar to macular degeneration since I was seven years old and I'm extremely light sensitive. I've worn other blue blocking lenses that were okay, but these are much better than previous glasses I've tried. Very sturdy and comfortable. Nerdy as hell, but who cares? Not too much color distortion. Just a great improvement in my computer-dominant work life. Be good to your eyes and spend the few extra bucks for a really effective pair of blue light shields.

Must have
If you game alot or dont game much even but you utilize a computer or laptop especially and even if your in dark room with tv console, these glasses are must have. Out of the numerous different brand types for blue light blocking lenses ive utilized, these help the best and even assist in preventing migraines if your on a weekend bender. I work nights so these even help with the LED vehicle lights oddle enough but dont affect night driving abilities. If anything it makes everything clearer. Look seeing is believing, they are lil more pricey than other brands and clearly theres reason for it as these have been overall best for quality, price, clarity, and overall eye strain protection. Remember to look at the different lens types to get one that fits best for your needs. I have 3 variations so can adjust based on ambient lighting and have best results

Gamer Approved 👍
Just going to say this right now, Gunner Amber lens are going to be your best bet when shopping for blue light filtering glasses for "Gamers". Anything below 60% blocking will be a waste of money. Now it's time for the PROS vs CONS of these glasses.PROS:-Great for long hours of gaming, makes my eyes feel relaxed, and less strained.-After wearing them for a week straight my red veins in my eyes were reduced by 80%.-Strong build quality for price.-Lens are very finger print resistant, any time I'd touch the lens they'd have very little prints on the lens if any.-Somewhat pass as tainted shades for outside activities.-Comes with a cleaning cloth, and a pouch for traveling which doubles as a cleaning cloth as well.-Might not fit all, but fits me VERY well. (Slightly larger then the average male head size.)CONS:-Hinges are a little bit to tight/hard to move, and aren't to well made, (still plausible though).-Glare from your eyes on the inside part of the glasses are relevant, which may be distracting, (I easily ignore it though).-Color may be slightly distorted due to the amber hue, but makes up or it for the fact it protects your eyes very well.Final Verdict: I have tried the Prospec (Which is for more casual use (Not for gaming)), HyperX (Way to expensive, and did nothing for my eyes after a few weeks. Though they do offer extremely little color distortion), and also Gunner gaming blue light glasses, (So far the best in terms of comfort/quality/price while gaming for long periods of time). I'd recommend the Gunner Amber version to anyone wanting to prevent straining their eyes from their screen late at night, or if they play video games/look at monitors for more then 3-5 hours at a time.

Comfortable and well made...
Do they block Blue light? I don't know... I can still see blue without issue.I heard "blue blockers" are good for nighttime driving, so I've been using these for the drive home from work, and I don't notice any discernable difference with or without them, other than the slight yellow hue.Reflections/Glare? Had to say, I don't notice any difference to the naked eye, not like with my amber-tinted polerized sun-glasses.This model (65) has a slight yellow tint, which I don't mind... but some may not like that in their games, or for graphical editing needs. The slight magnification is noticeable when going on or off, but again, not an issue for me.Bottom Line... my eyes have been killing me... looking at a PC all day, come home and watch some TV, then on a PC for a few more hours gaming or watching shows. I tried drops, but they're just bandaids. I was hopeful these would mitigate the strain somewhat. it's hard to tell... It's been about 3 weeks. I wear them all day in front of the computer and at home in front of the computer, and my eyes still feel strained and require drops at night and sometimes during the day at work, so... I'd have to say the jury is still out.**UPDATE**It's been a few more weeks of regular wear and, I didn't notice until I had left the glasses at work for a long weekend, I found myself rubbing my burning eyes late Sunday evening and reaching for the eye drops again and I thought... It's been over a week since I've had to do this!Clearly, for me, the glasses are having a positive impact on my once painful eye strain. It just took a few weeks for the benefits to overcome the current situation.

Frame Broke in Less Than 2 Hours of Use
Original Review, 2/5: Just a bit of history about me; I've worn Rx glasses since I was in 1st grade. I know how to clean, and handle glasses and have never broken a pair of glasses in the 25+ years I have worn them. I recently switched over to contacts and wanted to try and reduce the eye strain I have been experiencing and remember seeing these on Shark Tank, and in a certain 'yellow-tag' store, so I figured this brand would be reliable enough to try.Immediately after opening them, I noticed they felt light. Not the good kind of light, either... cheap feeling.I wish I could give a long term review, but when I went to clean them with the included cloth after using them for 90 minutes, the frame cracked and the lens fell out. (Photo attached to review)Thankfully, Amazon has a good return policy. These glasses are cheaper than the other offerings by Gunnar, and they surely show. I'm really upset too, as for the short time I was able to wear these, they did seem to help with eye strain.Rating 2/5 as they did work, but the fact that they broke within 2 hours of me owning them is making me reconsider the Gunnar brand for the replacement pair.-----Updated my rating to 3/5Amazon was great (as usual) about getting a replacement pair shipped out. These managed to last over 2 hours! The issues I was not able to discover during my short time with the original pair are the reflections! My goodness, these things are hard to look through if there is any major light in front of you (window, lamp). I can see a reflection of my own eye and various other reflections from my environment. Nothing detailed, but they appear like a blue smudge in my vision at certain angles and can be distracting.I'm giving them another try for the day, but I may want to switch over to another brand that does not have any magnification. I have a very high prescription and even the slightest change either way (+/- power) will make my eyes strain from trying to refocus. I'm curious to try these when gaming at night though, I think with all the negatives I listed, they may actually shine through in that situation.

Not just for gamers!!
I work 10-12 hours a day in front of two fairly large computer screens. Lots of reading, lots of typing, lots of fine detail to examine. Before these glasses arrived, every day around 2PM or so, my eyes would start to get tired, blurry. I couldn't focus, couldn't read fine print and I'd have to put on a pair of "readers" to finish out the day.One day, I was watching a YouTube video of a blogger I follow and someone had asked him a question about his glasses. I thought he just wore regular prescriptions, but he mentioned that because he works in front of a computer screen all day, he'd chosen this brand of glasses to protect his eyes from blue glare. My mind was blown, I knew that these types of glasses existed, but I'd never actually thought of buying a set for work! I did some research on the brand he wore (Gunnar) and when I searched on Amazon, these handsome devils showed up at the top. I read the reviews, I hemmed and hawed, then pressed the buy button quick before I overthought it. The glasses arrived around mid-day, so I put them on just to see how they worked. It wasn't until about 8 hours later that I realized I'd worked that entire afternoon and evening without having to put on my readers! The next day I put them on in the AM, took them off in the PM and my eyes felt fresh as can be! These glasses fit my face excellently, they're not heavy, the tint is not overbearing, I wear them all day and frequently even forget I'm wearing them! I use a headset for my work phone, no ear pain. After the phones turn off, I put on my over-ear headphones and play music while I keep working, no ear pain. These glasses have saved my eyes!

Effective
These glasses are fairly effective in reducing my exposure to screen light—impressive performance. Consider purchasing a version with a more yellow tint for enhanced protection.

Massive improvement in all round
If you spend a lot of time looking at a screen gaming you want one of these. They improve the detail and ease any eyestrain. Colours are enhanced and with a slight magnification details are sharper. Well made and sensibly priced.
