I’ve used Senokot-S before, and it works well when occasional constipation becomes an issue. By themselves, they didn't really do anything, at least for me but when I did 2 of the this brand gummies and 2 of the pills, it got stuff going. If you are gonna get this, get the gummies. Or just get the gummies and take 4 of them. But all comfort when releasing.
