Taste really good. It is like a treat after my workout. I notice a big difference in recovery from when I started take the BCAA.

Strawberry lemonade flavors are hit or miss for me. This one is a miss because it’s too bitter for my liking. I probably won’t buy this flavor again. But if you like tarty flavors with a dash of sweetness, you may enjoy it. UPDATE: I gave it a second chance. I don’t think I used enough water the first day and it wasn’t shaken well. This is day 3 and it’s not as bitter as I originally stated. It tastes like juice. I will continue consuming this supplement. Although I wouldn’t mind if they made some other flavors. I read other reviews of people stating it has a bad smell. I’m unsure of what they smelled, it doesn’t seem to have a strong scent.

I had average expectations for this product, and it was just okay overall. The strawberry lemonade flavor doesn’t really taste like strawberry lemonade to me — it’s pretty mild and a bit artificial. It’s drinkable, but not something I look forward to. As for results, I haven’t noticed much of a difference in energy, recovery, or performance while taking it. It may work for others, but I didn’t see any clear benefits personally. Overall, it’s fine, but I probably wouldn’t repurchase.
