Great comfort, great features, good performance, comparatively decent price point.
I bought these earphones primarily because they offered a full suite of controls which includes volume control on both earphones. Most other earphones have play, pause, skip as standard but they lack volume control. Some which offered volume control often came at a sacrifice for another feature. I wanted to have full access with no compromise. Second thing I wanted was comfort for long runs and security that they won’t fall out. That is why I choose the form actor. I connected these to my sports watch for music and prompts during work outs. The headphone stayed in place during the entire session with no issues in comfort. The only problem I had was accidentally touching the wrong things. On he first run when I was putting the headphones in, I accidentally skipped the track and turned volume up to max, which was less than ideal. This might be a learning curve and I’m hoping the more I use them I’ll figure it out. When you skip, pause there is a 2-3 second delay and some times it didn’t respond. Which can be a bit confusing whether I have to tap again or wait for it to do its thing. I have noticed instead of tapping and short press on the capacitive touch area is more effective. It’s slight annoying but not a show stopper. The volumes works instantaneously so no issues there. The ANC works and it’s simple to activate. You get clear spoken feedback. This lets you know which mode you are in - no guess work or trying to remember which tones mean what. Taking one earphones out takes between 2-4 seconds for the one left in to pause the audio; again this is only a slight inconvenience. I was listening loud with ANC on, I took one of the earphones out to reply to someone and they’ll start talking while the other headphone still blasting music I’m my ear.. maybe this is only be because I use them connected to my watch for audio. Next time I could have try to cycle through to turn ANC off or I could mask the wait time for the music to pause by talking first. Anyway, after my season I kept the earphones in listening to the music. This is something I never did with my old set of earphones because the audio was not great. After installing the JLab app and playing around with the EQ settings my expectations were blown away by the bass response and the overall sound quality. There is plenty to do in app, a feature that took me by surprise was the ability to burn in the audio drivers in the earphones. I’ve only heard about that feature on expensive car audio set ups - whether it’s a gimmick here or not it was interesting to see it being offered. I let mine burn in while I slept until the battery died. If these earphones could delivered a secure fit, okay sound quality, and easy to use controls I would have been happy. With all those boxes ticked my experience went far above my expectations. All in all, these are great earphones and I hope they keep working for allot more sweaty hours to come. At the price point for these earphones, I felt it would be unfair to compare these to my Apple EarPods Pro 2 but comparing them to the EarPods they hold their own. For my use case, connected to a non-Apple watch, they beat the Apple EarPods in every way.

Customer support Ai
Product seemed ok but there was a clicking feedback kind of noise, in the left earbud which is awful and annoying and now it seems that the customer support is Ai. And say there going to help which has now gone quite.

Earbuds
The best thing about these earbuds is that they stay on firm whilst exercising, the sound quality is good, the noise cancelling is ok but not great however for the price I would recommend these earbuds

OK but not nearly as robust as the V1s of the same range
Bought to replace v1 of these which had lasted me best part of 4 years. (The case stopped charging the earpieces and when I took it apart the charging contacts had broken off the board inside) These are a bit of a mixed bag for workouts... if you are doing gentle exercise they are fine. I do hard running and cycling both indoors and out and get quite sweaty so I need earpieces that loop over my ears (I've got samsung buds... and they are no good for sport at all: they just fall out if not immediately then as soon as get sweat on them). I have big ears and the loops on these were super comfy and held them firmly in place. ANC when its not windy is pretty good... but when you are moving outside at any speed the mics pick up "wind noise" from the actual mic apertures which then "cancels" it... but as its not cancelling a remote noise source it just becomes dominant wind noise over your music... this is annoying to say the least. You then have to turn off ANC in a windy environment so you can then actually hear your music! Sweatproof? Maybe a little bit... but not good enough. I was doing a particularly hard indoor bike... and was dripping with sweat... and both earpieces got very damp. The left one was fine, the right one suddenly dipped in volume... I suspect after sweat went around the seal and into my ear... and even after drying it out, turning off and back on etc... it never really came back to match the left volume. Volume touch control: a nice idea... but as soon as loads of sweat gets on it just does its own thing. That being said I felt the sound reproduction was good enough for workouts. Charge: seemed to be OK... I never ran them down in the time I had them. Wireless charging on the case was a nice touch as i have QI chargers around the house. Using for video calls: people can hear me clearly and I can hear them, but background noise does get picked up (eg other people talking); my V1 ones never got any complaints. If your not a super-sweaty workout monkey they are probably fine, but I go hard... so I need something that can take the conditions. Because of the fault in the right hand sound level and weakness of the sweat-resistance I have returned them for a refund. I would have tried them again in case it was just a dodgy earpiece, but price has gone up by £30 so I will have to try a different brand

Excellent battery life as per the specification.
Positive - Good/easy connectivity and the long battery life is really good. Negative - Feel clunky in my ear, but fit fine.

Too small
I don’t think I have large ears for an adult British man, but the ear supports are too small for me. When fitted over my ears the buds do not reach into my ears.

Unfortunately they are not fitting and can't get the clean sound and base out of it.

Great earbuds, they are comfortable, they fit well, the sound quality is great and the noise canceling works very well. They fit me well and do not move during workouts, but it probably depends on the shape of the ear. I would definitely recommend.

I can honestly say these are the best wireless earphones and especially for the price. I always do a lot of research before buying and I’m thrilled that it was worth it. Plus, I have a daith piercing and the earphone doesn’t even come close to touching it. The sound quality is better than AirPods in my opinion. They’re easy to use and super secure.
