LIFETIME JEWELRY 4mm & 7mm Figaro Chain Bracelet 24k Gold Plated for Men and Women

Bought this for myself for Father's Day, so far so good, stays brite, light weight and handsome looking. Shortly after I sent the review, I noticed that the lobster clasp had lost some of the finish and was down to the bare metal, so sure hope that this does not continue. Decreasing my rating by two stars. Sorry!!! A year later tried to return it for a replacement, they quickly answered my inquiry and I downloaded the return form , filled it out sent it back to them with a Tracking # as requested by them and guess what, you guessed it not a word from them in over a Month. I sent them an e-mail again with the tracking number, not a word back from them, then sent another, still no mention of what they plan to do. Registering your Bracelet doesn't help if you have a problem they just ignore any replacement requests. I DID TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE PANDEMIC PROBLEM TOO, but I know they must still be working and shipping as I checked with USPS and they gave me the exact time and date that they received the bracelet back and that someone signed for it. Now I'm out the bracelet, plus the shipping and my time to get an answer from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It is present as a good jewel, I was really enjoy it but in less than two months lose it is gold color and no, it is not a good product

It looks really nice and classy. The band is a little thicker than what I usually wear, but I really like it. Great value for the price especially since there is a lifetime warranty.

Beautiful product. Sadly, the gold finish comes off it worn nearly every day. I enjoyed it for a few months, but now too dingy to wear

I purchased this bracelet for my dads 80th birthday and he loved it. It was very well made and the gold is beautiful and it very high quality. The clasp broke and I sent and email and asked for a replacement and they where very quick to reply and send out another bracelet. I would definitely buy from them again.

I’m 6’4” and pretty skinny. I like my bracelets rather tight around my wrist because my bony wrist bone keeps them from moving up the arm in my sleep where all gold will stretch with normal daily wearing. This 7” 7mm was perfect. I thought I would have to take it to a have link or two taken out. In fact, I booked an appointment at my local jeweler to have links taken out immediately after receiving the item, per usual when I buy gold. Roughly costing double the price of the bracelet itself. This bracelet was not necessary as it was perfectly snug considering it will more than likely stretch out a bit. Idk much about these guys products I found them recently on Amazon and hesitantly ordered. I couldn’t be more impressed!!!! Thank you guys so much again!

I bought both the 7mm necklace and bracelet and I have to say that it looks like a solid hold chain. My 17 year old loves it. It’s very good quality. Also, they first shipped me the wrong size bracelet, I emailed them through Amazon and Jon responded immediately and shipped me the correct size and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. He made sure it was delivered and informed me if I have any issues in the future to email them and they will take care of it. The customer service is Amazing. Thank you lifetime jewelry. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought this for my husband’s birthday He’s been wearing it for almost 6 months now, he never takes it off and it’s looking As good as ever!

Is suppose to be a lifetime warranty , look is very faded so I need a replacement , that doesn’t fade or return my money back.
