The screen shattered. I contacted Remarkable and they do ot repair, there are not spare parts for replacement, their only solution is buying a new one. I did some research, and that is a common issue for all Remarkable devices. The device is a good product, until you need support. Which is ridiculous for a very expensive device. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it.
