I’ve been having these for a while, and found them well-balanced in terms of calories per bar, protein and fat/carb contents. They are the best I’ve eaten both taste and quality-wise, as they do not contain the multiple additives that other bars do. The bar tends to stick to the mouth and teeth, though, so you’re better off eating them with a glass of water/milk/coffee. I also think they seem to be getting more and more sweeter, lately.

I love these bars! I ordered the 6-in-1 pack first to figure out what flavors I liked best, which is what I recommend you do if you're new to the brand. If like me, you can't eat big meals, this bar is a great, yummy way to add some healthy calories and protein to your diet!
