Highly recommend
What an awesome e-bike! Was very easy to set up and get going and seems like alot of bike for the money. We have put over 80 miles on ours only using the electric feature from time to time and have not had to charge the battery yet, so battery life is great aswell.

Don’t Buy. This Bike
Battery charger broke and there is no way to get a hold of them directly to order a new charger. So useless bike at this point if I can’t charge it

Great value, awesome bike
My bike showed up on time and was rather easy to assemble with the included instructions. Assembly took about an hour. This bike is amazing, very solid and rides very smooth and powerful. This is my first electric bike, I am 6'4" tall and it fits me perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Well built at a great price
Bike was well packaged. It appears very well made and looks sharp. Even with a bigger guy riding, it seems very fast.

Don't waste your money
Brakes are loud and are cheap. Cannot adjust out of them. Chain jumps off if you back peddle or drop off a 6inch curb at slow speed. Top frame rail is ridiculous. It will hurt you if your shorter than 6 feet tall. The fork is junk, flexes a lot. Doesn't matter what mode it's in from 1 to 5. Same exact performance. Bottom bracket went bad with less than a 100 miles on the bike. Tries to return and was told I had to pay. This whole experience has been bad for me. I want out of this piece of junk. Im a poor person on fixed income and I will never buy a low priced ebike again. I'll walk first. Save your money and buy an expensive ebike from a local dealer for service and warranty coverage. This ebike is a big compromise and this company fell short. Go to the internet and do some deep research about this brand and you'll see why I say it's a piece of junk. Mines for sell, 400 bucks takes it away. Probably take 300.

Fun!
I am amazed of fun it is to have an E-bike. Everyone needs to have one and Benifore C-26 is the way to go.
