When this arrived I was a bit skeptical. I normally have two pillows and I was sure this would not be deep enough for me. I tried putting it on top of another pillow but that did not work at all. So I ditched the normal pillow and just had the memory foam pillow. I was amazed how comfortable it felt. When I awoke next morning I couldn't believe how well I had slept. No stiff neck and I had slept all night (unusual). The cover is so soft and although the pillow is firm it supports in all the right places. I found the cover a little bit difficult to remove but will probably get easier with use,. The only thing I would say is that I think you need to purchase a second cover as I am sure when it needs washing I wont want to use a normal pillow while i wait.

I have had this pillow for a few weeks The Good This pillow is great for sleeping on your back. It's very supportive and is the right middle firmness. Material springs back and holds you comfortably. I would also suggest that it is not too bad for being a side sleeper. The Bad I'm a stomach sleeper and this pillow unfortunately is too wide where the armholes are. I feel that you have to place one arm under the pillow to get it to that sweet spot which makes it uncomfortable/awkward. Especially as it then places you neck and head at a weird angle. It's also weird if you place your ear on anywhere apart from the divit in the center as placing your ear anywhere else will create a weird suctiony feeling which is to me unpleasant. The Cold This pillow is freezing every single time to touch it. You almost pull away because it is that cold. It does warm up to your temperature but if you do move to an area that your body hasn't been on it, is that cold. Which might be unpleasant for some. Overall, if there's a deal on this pillow I would suggest trying it, especially if you're a back sleeper who needs more support at the neck. However, going forward I do unfortunately have to swap this with my other pillow when sleeping on my stomach.

This is a great product and has really helped my neck pain! I am a side sleeper and was really suffering from neck pain for many month so thought I would give this product a try. Although it takes a couple of nights to get used to, I now find the pillow comfortable and firm giving my neck good support while I sleep. I would recommend this to those side sleepers who are suffering from tension and pain in their necks made worse by sleep position. Also easy to wash and keep clean!
