This Insulin carry case is really good if we travel overnight journeys preferably in AC trains.The box maintains the cooling effect for atleast 12 hours and keeps the insulin in cool condition. I am using this product for the past one year and satisfied with the product.

It works as it says. It was helpful for holding insulin for a long flight. It kept in fridge inside the flight, still it was extremely helpful. Highly recommend it for short trips.

The temperature is in Fahrenheit and the ice gel does not last long. The box will create condensation and wet other materials. Don't recommended.
