Bought this frame for my dad after my mum died. He had thrown out so many photos but luckily I'd captured a lot of them on my phone so I was able to add them all to his new photo frame The frame was easy to set up and has options for adding photos - app, email and memory stick. The frame allows you to cycle through photos using the touchscreen or set ut to run through or randomly select from all the photos stored. The display is clear and is back-lit making it easy to see the photos no matter the lighting. It has to be plugged in all the time to use it which is a shame but not an issue - something to consider though depending where you want to put it. The overall frame looks really good, you can't tell its not a normal frame from a distance. The wood is a very dark brown rather than black. A remote control would have been brilliant, to skip through photos, but it works well enough without. I think it's good value for money, works well and means my dad can reminisce about the old days, recalling memories long since forgotten.

Brilliant when you know how to use it

Really easy to use and add photos to. I like the timer feature which means the frame comes on and goes off at set times each day, rather than your having to turn it on. Only criticism is that it’s isn’t easy to edit the photo selection once you have a lot uploaded to the frame. It’s a pity the app that comes with it doesn’t allow you to take photos off as well as add them. Editing has to be by a clunky process on the frame itself.

Bough this as a present for my parents. Technically it was ridiculously difficult to set up and upload photos. Took 3 resets to get it to connect. Very convoluting and hard for myself to use and even my IT trained partner struggled to figure it out. My parents struggle to use it even more. The only way that works to upload photos is via email and it takes several minutes to transfer one photo. Unfortunately we took too long to come round to using it so now it is too late to return. Also, the frame clarity (pixels) is very poor and it has to be plugged it for it to work. The cable is very short and so very limiting to where the device can be displayed. Another thing to note is that it does not play videos in combination with photos. You have to switch to video mode and it will only play one video and then you have to switch to the next. Take even longer to upload videos so we don’t bother with that function. Does not auto rotate either! Very poor product and a rip off for what it is. You can probably get a much better frame for third of a cost of this one.

Appears to play lots of video formats with audio where I think other products do not . Watching tons of stuff from 15+ years ago. Made me so happy. Simple to use and looks to have a range of other features

Like the dark frame and the ease of emailing pictures or using a USB stick to transfer pictures. But, three months in it is erratic, sometimes the pictures freeze, sometimes it just turns itself off and has to be rebooted

Der bilderrahmen kam sehr schnell an, die Einrichtung war einfach und das verbinden mit der App funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Die Menü Geschwindigkeit könnte etwas schneller sein, für den günstigen Preis kann man das aber in Kauf nehmen. Würde ich auf jedenfall wieder kaufen.

Kodak did this frame right. I gave it to a family member for Christmas and when I realized he hadn’t set it up yet, I took it out of the box and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. The Kodak app makes the process so easy and the instructions are simple— anyone can do this, even if you’re not tech savvy. If you know how to send a photo from your phone, you can figure this out in no time. The photo quality is great, colors are vibrant and you can set it to turn on and off at scheduled times. I’d give it 10-stars if I could. Nothing bad to say about this frame at all. I will probably buy one for myself now that I’ve found one I like.
