Best Coffee Machine I've owned by far!
I usually don't write any reviews but this I had to. What a masterstroke Ninja has brought here. Every coffee is so good to the point I can't stand the cafe quality anymore. Cold brew option with the cold froth is an absolute gem in this hot weather. Machine is ready in a jiff to prepare the coffee and it takes very short time to get the coffee ground and to brew. Very low noise as well. Size is not too big to look awkward. This is simply the best purchase of the year for me. Easy 5 stars!

Great value for money
Great coffee machine. We bought this due to limited worktop space and really liked the idea of the fact it does filter coffee, lattes and cold brew (which we haven’t tried yet). It does make a lot of beeps which we wasn’t expecting and our dog is sensitive to beep noises however this has been a great training opportunity for him. The coffee machine itself looks fantastic we went for the black which in my opinion is just beautiful. Temperature we have ours set to hot, it’s definitely hot but not that hot that you have to leave it if that makes sense? Only down side is the grind of the beans ours changes frequently so it hasn’t found the perfect setting but all beans are different so aren’t taking this as a negative. Worth the money in our opinion great coffee that does taste like a coffee shop coffee and straight forward to use.

Forget Breville get a Ninja - outstanding machine
Wonderfully simple machine that makes great coffee. Having bought and returned two, irreparable, Breville coffee machines we paid an extra £100 for this Ninja machine. Amazon’s refunding service for the Breville machines was very good. There is an excellent set up video link which we used. This help calibrate the machine grind. We love the fact the Ninja monitors and recommends grind calibration adjustments. The machine has a spring loaded coffee press so you get a perfect pre pour grind. Then hot water is added before hot water is passed through the coffee. The Breville has none of these features and relies on your best guesswork. It’s the same with frothing your milk. Guesswork with a Breville. Automatically done by the Ninja with plant based and dairy frothing, and one of four froth settings. Then the Ninja purges the wand. Easy to clean which is handy as the Ninja waste water needs emptying every 4 or 5 mugs. Our only minor criticism would be the small water container which needs refilling every 4 or 5 mugs, but it is minor Overall this is an outstanding piece of kit.

Bloody Lovely !
The ultimate machine. If you buy good quality beans this will give you a coffee far superior than chain brand overpriced drinks. Only downside is all other coffee tastes horrible now.

Good coffee, if machine a little inconsistent
Bought as a replacement for an aging Sage machine. Pros: - Good looking machine with solid, durable feel. - Front panel functionality makes coffee-making a breeze with clear, concise icons, etc. - Coffee-making reasonable fast - quicker than some of the estimated times. - Coffee and milk temperatures spot-on. - Excellent recipes book with some nice ideas. - Cleans pretty well Cons: - Some of the documentation (user manual and quick start guide) need to be revised. The user manual (which should be the more detailed of the two) has steps missing in some of the cleaning instructions - but these steps are included in the quick start guide! - Does us a lot of water due to the purge mode, so water reservoir can need frequent emptying if you have a house of coffee addicts. - Main annoyances: 1. The recommended grind size is completely inconsistent with the same bean. When first using the machine for espresso, a grind size of 19 was recommended. This held for the first 2-3 days of use then - *without* changing beans in the hopper, the bean size adjusted to 17. After switching to large basket for trying the "filter coffee" options (for which I expect a courser grind), the grind size changes for espresso every other day, ranging from 15 through to 21 (again, whilst using the same beans throughout). I now ignore the grind recommendations and stick to 19 (except when switching to "filter" modes). 2. The grinder can occasionally throw a wobbly - rather than delivering around 18 gm for a double-shot, it will suddenly grind a much larger amount (largest so far: 33 gm). This is far too much to tamp into the double shot basket, so I have taken to very carefully removing the excess (with the funnel still attached and storing it in an air-tight jar until I've saved 18-20 gm, which can then be spooned into the basket/funnel, tamped and used, bypassing the grinder for that cup. The latter points are not show-stoppers &don't ruin the overall taste of the coff or anything, so not enough of an issue to return the unit or give it a lower star rating. However, they do annoy when they happen. I attempted to contact Shark / Ninja about these issues in particular, and after waiting for a time, decided to use the offered "we'll call you back when an operator is free" service. Never had a call back.

Great machine
I replaced a good quality machine with this one and paid nearly the same price a few years back.Using the exact same coffee beans the Luxe Premier has taken the coffee to another level .Didn’t realise this was possible,it picks the correct grind automatically and what a difference, instructions are easy and quality is great, you know it’s going to last

New favourite
Waited till I had had this a couple of weeks to review as I wanted to make sure was accurate and that i could work it properly. It looks like a lot f choices to start but it's actually really easy i down loaded tbe pdr code.or what ever it was and followed the step by step instructions would 100% reccomend doing this it made it a complete breeze and now I have perfect coffee everytime It may find you a while to find your new favourite bean but once you have you'll be in coffee heaven It is expensive and a bit of a investment but I've had cheap machines before and they've not lasted while this feels like it's here to stay and tbe quality it amazing . . Edited to add im now 5 months woth this and I still love it as much as I did the first week, one hack ive learnt is if you press and hold the froth button for 3 seconds you can manually heat and froth the milk which is better if you like coffee art and will also heat the milk to a higher temperature just becarful where you point the wand though as I did burn myself

Not worth the hype
It's OK machine but not great, despite the premium price, so many things made from cheap plastic.
