Not true to size!!

Don't buy at all it's a scam the thing cost 40 dollars the size is way off i ordered a size 48 tag says 48 but it's like a 46 now im trying to return it you have to pay for return that's another 30 dollars so I'm not returning gonna try and sell but dont buy
